“Always a delight coming here , great sales when they have them. I like getting fishing gear and camping gear here. But did you know they have a great selection of shoes ? not just for hiking , but for the snow and the water all in one place. Also the socks ? real cold weather gear, and the sporty kind to. Service was great very supportive and knowledgeable staff. Also helping me find the gear i need for the trip im going on Cold in the snow or hot in the water. They also have sports stuff but I don't know much about that so Come in and see all the different things they carry.”

“I wish I could give a five star, but I had my disappointments with the store. Thankfully, the store exchanged my jersey, and I was pleased with the service.Recently, I purchased a Dodger jersey with World Series Championship patch in early December, but I bought the wrong player. I was looking for Betts or Kershaw. I called the store and both players were sold out; I called other stores associated with the same franchise and no luck.I later called after the whole Christmas chaos, and once again, I was looking to exchange my jersey. I called the store, again and this time Erik assisted me. Erik went above and beyond; he called the warehouse and was going to have it shipped to the store within one business day. Sure enough, the jersey arrived. Even though the exchange date had passed, Erik did the exchange.Now, I can wear my Dodger jersey! Thank you, Erik!”

“I was ignored in three shoe stores in the Lakewood Mall. I am not dressed very hip but Maria was the only one that said hello and asked me if I needed anything. I watched other shoppers of other races come in and got warm greetings. I immediately identified myself as an Elite Yelper and thanked her for acknowledging my presence. I also bought a pair of new Jordans from her. No need to try them on. A young man and another young lady never gave me a glance but Maria knows what service is all about. Even for an older shopper like me dressed in a Navy shirt and church slacks. If you come to the Foot Locker in the Lakewood Mall, ask for Maria!!!”

He's a phenomenal worker and he knows how to actually do his job by actually taking his time and looking for the shoe and if not he will also take his time to look for another store near you that has the shoe in stock for you. He serves you the best customer service there is to offer. He can sometimes be very busy because people really appreciate his effort and always go to him.”

“I want to give a Shout out to Marc. He's a great Sales Clerk. I had to make a couple Returns and he was very courteous, and processed my refund quickly. I needed to get an Extra Large in a Raiders Jacket but they were out of stock so without even asking him, he called 2 other Stores to see if they had one. I greatly appreciated Marc for his excellent Customer Service in finding the Jacket I wanted. The Carson store put it on Hold for me and I drove over there and Bought it. Thanks again Marc”
