“Really nice store that's well lit and spacious. Everything was organized well and the dressing rooms were clean. The staff doesn't watch you but is there to help you with any questions you have. Lots of sizes, I went in to return some underwear and socks that didn't fit and was given full store credit. Chris was really cool and helpful. I ended up spending another $100 on some really cool screen print shirts. I'm 6'5" and they had the 4xlt size I was looking for!”
“Great way to bargain shop and still get quality merchandise. There is an online ad pretending to be Macy's and offering items at extremely low prices with no intention to deliver any items. I believe it damages the Macy's brand.”
“I want to recognize Klarissa and Morgan Rose for their customer service. They was fully engaged and had a smile the whole time while helping me out. You can definitely tell they have great customer service right off the top. Both of them are assets to the company & make the brand look good, trust. I hope to run into them hevery time I enter the store they’re definitely vibe. Last but not least is Johnny, the store manager. You’ll see why once you enter. Personally I would come to this location rather than Cerritos. Cerritos has some rude employees however, when I came to Lakewood, I encountered a entirely different experience. Just want to say thank you to all three .”

“Stopped by there today and was totally impressed. The guy that answered the phone and gave us directions to the store was polite and helpful. When I got there Coby helped diagnose my grand daughter's skateboard issue and fixed it. He was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and went out of his way to explain things to me. I appreciate the service and if I was not retired I'd recruited both kids to work for me.”

“This was one of the most greatest customer service experiences for me. I went to 2 two other shoe stores and both had horrible customer experiences. In this market customer service is what drive sells. When I walked into Shoe Palace I was encountered by this warm greeting by a gentleman by the name of Austan. He asked us if we were finding everything ok. He even offered to bring some selection of shoes out so we could make a better decision. I ended up purchasing 2 pair of shoes for my daughter and son. Austan is amazing at making a connection with the customer and should be on a path to management because he should be educating other on his expertise. Please keep doing business this way it keeps customers coming back. Lastly Austan made me feel like family I'm grateful for this experience today. Keep Austan he is a keeper.”
“I came in here last week to buy my 6-year-old grandson a pair of Nikes since his feet are getting bigger. The shoes fit and he is happy with them. Then I asked him to pick out a pair of shoes that HE liked, which he did. Size 2 was too small, so the young lady suggested the next size up: 2 1/2. He tried those on but told us they were uncomfortable by what I believe was his instep, showing us where he meant. Then I also saw and bought, on impulse, a black tee-shirt, size small, for me. (No way would it have fit me. What was I thinking?) We went back today to return the tee-shirt. After I gave Maribel the tee-shirt and receipt, she said, "Okay. Is this a return or exchange?" I said "Return" and was expecting $12. She said it was only $3.00 and I was like "What?" and she showed me the price tag: originally $12, sale price $3. I laughed and said I would exchange it for something for my grandson and she helped me look. I found some shorts on sale for $4.99. Monserat rung them up for me. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and helpful. So polite!”
