“Pat was awesome to work with. We got the Rolls Royce Dawn and prices across the board were much more competitive than Turo and competing exotic car rental companies. The car was in incredible shape and it was delivered by Gio in a timely manner. They were super accommodating of all of our requests including drop off and pickup locations, as well as timings. We even had a last minute change where we needed the car picked up earlier and at a different location (much farther than the original location) that they accommodated for. Highly recommend”

“The service of Enterprise Car Rental far surpasses their competitors. They do cost more but it is worth it for the quality vehicles and the personalized service. I used a different company recently on a trip and it was a disaster. A national brand that rented a car to me with two nails in one of the tires and when I called Hertz (who also own Dollar and Thrifty) roadside assistance, they told me I should go put a tire on the car because if I bring it back with the nails in it, they would bill me for it. Stay with Enterprise. You are paying for piece of mind.”

“Thank you so much! As a girl who bought a tesla so I wouldn’t deal with mechanical stuff, I was stressed out and skeptical trying to find a place that would work on my car. The body shop is tesla certified and my car looks brand new! Everything is in perfect condition and clearly way better than the way I took it in. After getting many quotes from different places, they had the best quote and broke down how much everything would cost and why. “AMAZING. Their reservation line never communicated to the location that they needed to pick us up since we were down the street. When they weren’t arriving two hours later, I called the location and it turns out it was a mistake from the reservation line but the nice gentleman. There were quick to respond and said they would send someone out as soon as possible. They came pretty quickly and saved the day, I would give them seven stars.”
“Thank you to Stella who saved the day. She really turned our trip around. The day before we had a reservation at a different location. We waited in line for over an hour to find out they did not have our vehicle, they tried to uncharge us for the vehicle they did have on lot for approximately $800 so we sadly walked away with no rental. We booked the very next day at the 2165 Long Beach Boulevard location and though it was a last minute reservation and their lot not too full, Stella was able to help us out and got us in a vehicle less than 20 mins. We really appreciate her professionalism and her great customer service in salvaging our trip.”

I came here with little expectation due to a very unpleasant experience at another branch (1325 W Redondo Beach Blvd, Gardena, CA 90247) beforehand, feeling greatly disappointed with Enterprise. “Great service and lovely staff! Khan’s customer service was brilliant! We had a mare trying to get hold of a Mustang convertible last minute and initially we were told there wasn’t one available so we accepted a Dodge Charger instead. When we were in the car park finding the car, Khan was running around trying to find us to tell us a Mustang had just been returned and handed us the keys for our lovely new car for the day. We were super pleased, the car was in a brilliant condition and the whole process was seamless. Price was as promised. Would 100% recommend and would use Alamo here again.”

“Overall, I had good experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and will continue to use them for any future rentals. They have an excellent selection of newer vehicles. I would recommend that your reserve a vehicle at least 24 hours in advance. Let them know if you are AAA member, so you can get a discounted rental rate. Also, if you use a debit card to pay for your rental, they will charge you a $300 deposit fee.”
“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“It was my first time using this company to rent a car and the service was great! They are very thorough and made the process easy. I had rented out the Jeep for my trip to Coachella with two friends and we were able to fit all of our equipment and luggage in the car with still enough space to ride comfortably. “It’s always the petty people who make a business have lower than 5 star rating.This Hertz is a complete 5, Nick and Christian are amazing, yes sometimes calls tend to take longer to be taken but they’re human and some people are fully knowledgeable about rental sites and prices or simply outdated from using common internet sense.Definitely will ALWAYS go to this site when re tal is needed again.”
