If something they repaired or exchanged out ended up not working ? they will more then happy make it right. Of course common sense, it all depends how long from the date you get it back. ?

“I got my cellphone repaired here through my insurance with T-Mobile and my phone was
returned to me in brand new condition! I had dropped my phone on concrete and my clumsiness caused my whole front screen to be cracked and half of the screen was blacked out.
The repair was very quick, just under an hour.
The shopping center the repair shop is located has plenty of parking and shops/restaurants to browse or eat at while you wait.”

“Update 7/1/2024 - Wow, another amazing transaction but in person and via phone with Anthony. Anthony is EVERYTHING He is excellent at providing clear and concise explanations in regards to my inquiry to update my most recently purchased phone to a larger phone (plus) etc., Anthony was patient as he is helping me and my elderly father, gregarious and shows true care and consideration for the customers. He is not pushy and makes you feel at ease and confident w/your purchase(s) etc., He is a superstar - please recognize him. I am taken aback cause I came on here to write a review specifically about an employee and I see a negative review about him and I cannot believe it cause me and my father had service with Dominick/Dominic (6/25/2024 @ 1pm) and he EXCEEDED our expectations I am not a huge fan of Verizon when I call the contact center so I had to go in and Dominic was amazing. He helped up get a new Iphone, walked us through options, deals and transferred all Android data to the Iphone and let us know he and their store were always available to help. I will always go to this store moving forward for my needs because of his great service, professionalism and care/consideration. He is an asset to the company and made our day. Thanks again D”

“Riley and Anna at the Grove Verizon store were excellent, they were very helpful in answering questions and setting up our new phones, the phones we replaced were 7 years old and I don't do back-ups as often as I should. There were some issues transferring some of my data specifically my contacts, between the 2 of them they were able to work out a solution and all my data made it to my new device. All in all I would say it was a painless process for both me and my wife. 5 stars for Riley and Anna, great job and great expirience”
“I took my phone in because it wasn't charging. The staff there stated he could fix it in 20 minutes. I gave him my phone, waited the 20 minutes in my car, came back and my phone was charging again! Charged a fair price, much cheaper than having to replace my phone through insurance.”

pin, we were stuck in a loop with the customer service department and he dealt with the problem as fast as he could with patience and he got our problem fixed, he was handling the store all by himself with multiple calls in and simultaneously dealing with a block on the account, give him a raise!”
