The clerk/tech was very clear and open, and answered all my questions. He was able to clone my old phone, so I didn't lose any contacts, or even the images in my photo gallery. Everything went very smoothly. I am very glad they are open on Sunday. The new phone is really nifty!”

“Excellent experience. Extremely ethical. Nick the Technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, ethical, professional and skillful. I found this place through my cell phone insurer, Asurion. Nick informed me I had not broken my screen, as I had thought, only my glass screen saver. He could have told me the screen was broken and I would have believed him, as that was my preconceived notion. Extremely honest and ethical! I requested a new screen saver and Nick picked the one perfect for my phone at a very reasonable price and installed it himself. I wish I had known about this place before I personally installed the one that got broken, as I didn't do as great of a job of it as Nick. There really aren't enough positive adjectives to describe him or this business!”
