I started using this business back at the end of 2020 when my ex husband was deployed. they were always so helpful and nice every time I came in to pick up boxes, ship boxes, or print things off for school and they were literally right across the street from where I lived so they were also very convenient for me. after being turned away by multiple document scanning business over the last week, I traveled out of my way to Santee to this business to see if they would be able to help me and they were. they scanned my entire enlisted medical record for me to be able to send out to a consultant. I forgot how much I used to appreciate this business when I was living in the area and sending multiple boxes out every other month. they, by far, surpass the post office.”

“The location is convenient and has great customer service. I've used the notary, returned packages, bought boxes and supplies, and shipped out small christmas presents. Above and beyond, they did an amazing job helping me with packing and shipping when I unexpectedly had to ship my uncle's art collection and personal items across the country. I had no clue what I was doing, and the staff including Raina and the Manager Omar were patient, so kind and innovative in coming up with solutions for packing awkward or heavy items and working with me to help keep the costs down. They made it easy on me, even though I knew it was a ton of work for them to package everything and get it shipped out. So impressed and thankful for their help!”

“I was in a rush to get last minute documents printed. I called the office in Santee store 2060 in advance and Edwin assured him or Paul will be available to assist me with the self print service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly hello from the the staff as well as walked through steps to complete the self printing. In less than 5 minutes I was done and ready to go. I appreciate the hellos and have a nice day, but also very pleased to see the store very clean, and we'll ran like an oiled machine. I too am in customer service and I was shocked to receive such excellent service over a simple print. It's very refreshing to see people with a pleasant smile at their jobs! Great job FedEx office you must be treating your team well! Please give this store and these gentleman my shoutout and words of appreciation! Thank you- I will be back!”

“I had 2 peices mailed at the same time 1530 hours to be picked at the store at 1700 hours. 1 arrived at chula at 1745 hours, the 2nd didn't get there until 1845, so now 1 of my peices won't be there until Monday, which is 3 days late. If I wanted a parcel there in 4 days I would have paid 4 day prices not over night prices. So thanks for ripping me ups. You have 1 job to do. Fail!
Update: Zach was sympathetic, transparent, and showed apparent integrity in trying to get the situation resolved. He said he filled a claim with ups to get me a refund. I appreciate Zach doing the right thing and has retained me as a customer. But I have yet had any communication from ups about that refund.”
