It is the people that work at the storage facilities who make it better or worse. At Extra Space storage in Lake Elsinore, you will not find a more kindhearted person who goes the Extra mile than Ally. She is the best. We didn't run across each other's paths very often, but she always had a smile, and she would always wave from a distance as if she knew me for many, many years. It is a personal touch that makes you feel welcomed. May God bless Ally all her days.”

“Based on a previous experience last year~ here are some notes I had made: Called (951) 940-9990 on December 20, 2018. They do have a climate controlled 10 x 10 unit that is $115/month. They're located off Railroad Canyon in Canyon Estates Drive. I had reserved one 10 x 10 unit for seven days. They said they may hold it longer due to the holiday happening next week. I spoke to Jasmine left my name and phone number. They will follow up with me a few days before the hold expires. We ended up not needing this unit, but the service was helpful.”
