I have to say that staff member Sarah who is the FASTEST, most caring and welcoming professional on the planet and who came to my rescue when I needed storage space ASAP pronto IS truly nothing short of A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! In fact, all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. This location IS extremely clean and the front office has a great, warm atmosphere. Big THANKS to Sarah who went above and beyond to help me secure my space efficiently so I could get my belongings settled in quickly after a long hard day. Highly recommend. A+++”

“I’ve been a customer for a little over a year now and I gotta say that I’m mostly satisfied.David is awesome. He’s always the person I’ve talked to when I come here and he was the one who set me up with my account. I have received a call from a woman, but not sure her name but she seemed pleasant from the once interaction.One thing I’ve really liked is that they seemed to have the best bang for your buck and they will charge late fees, but they have been great at calling me to avoid me having to pay late fees. David says this is something they do for folks who do autopay. I changed banks and so my original card no longer worked, so they called me to do a payment over the phone.The downsides I have are not small but nothing I feel deserves low rating.- my monthly payment went up by about $20 a few months ago which is a huge percentage from when I started.- the hours are lackluster. If I remember correctly, you have access to your storage between the hours of 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week, but the office is only open 8 AM to 5 PM. This has only been an issue for me in that they require you to physically come in to make changes to your payment. These are bank hours, so difficult for some people to make time to come in. BUT they are open these same hours on Sat/Sun, so this is a non issue for most people. David was also really awesome one day in letting me come a little after 5 (just don’t come expecting that to happen)Overall, though, I’m satisfied and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for storage at a decent price and with reasonable hours.”

“So far it's been a wonderful experience, the staff is awesome. The absolute only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the hours that I am able to access my storage. They don't open until 9am and you have to off the property at 5:45”

“My grandmother lives local to the area. She's moving to an assisted living facility but she really wanted to hold on to some of her furniture and belongings. The staff was helpful and kind. There was a manager that was very empathetic to our situation. The facility was safe and very clean.”
“Experience was great got a welcome as soon as we walked through the doors. Everywhere on property was clean when we did are walk though to see were are unit was going to be. Staff was very informative on rules and office smelled good.”
