“Johanna in the custom cabinets department was so wonderful to work with. She helped us to design our new kitchen, laundry and pantry and office space. She went above and beyond. She offered the best customer service when a previous employee at a different Lowe's was less than adequate. Johanna made sure that we had the best experience. Every part of the process she made enjoyable. Now that our project is done, I make excuses to get things at Lowe's just to visit her. :)”
“Dave in the paint department provided the BEST customer service. In this time where I've noticed it difficult to find an employee that is enthusiastic about their job and there is such a lack of help at many stores that cater to customers, Dave was a breath of fresh air. Instead of pointing me in the right direction to find the wood stains, he asked me about my project and discussed my options on what colors and types of stains to use. He took his time to explain the different types of wood there are and how they all take to stain differently. He was an expert on the topic and I felt confident that he could help. I've been trying for months to find a stain that would match our cabinets. He looked at my sample and was able to match it instantly. He was spot on when several others could not help. Thank you so much Dave for going above and beyond to help. We are thrilled with the outcome. I wish there were more people like Dave (friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, genuine and enthusiastic).”

“My friend and I were working on a 2017 Civic Si trying to install an aftermarket skid plate. When we took off the oem clips and hardware, it wasn't going back together properly with the new skid plate. These guys hooked us up with clips and screws that did the job and they were also incredibly fun to talk to. Will definitely be back. 10/10”
