“I started going to House Automotive in 2022 when I purchased my Macan. I’ve been to them for a variety of services including regular oil/service/maintenance as well as replacing the brake pads and fluid. I was so happy with the service and they even returned my car to me washed and road ready. The office staff has been so great and easy to work with making the scheduling really easy and efficient. The mechanics did a great job and took the time to explain everything very clearly. They gave me a detailed breakdown and let me know what my next service would entail. Really happy with their service and looking forward to continue working with them.”

“10/10 Excellent service and customer service. I was hit by a car at an intersection and my car couldn't move any further; We called a tow truck and took it to the parking lot. When I contacted this service, the owner of the service told me that I didn't have to worry and that they would come and take my car themselves. I was not involved in the repair from start to finish; the owner of the service periodically called me and informed me about the condition of my car. He took care of everything from transportation to renting a replacement car for me. The car was repaired quickly and I am very happy with it. The car is like new, there are no defects or inconveniences from using the car. Before handing over the car to me, it was sent to a specialized electronics service for a final check of all faults, and they also did an excellent cleaning of the car interior. The car has an excellent paint job and the owner showed me all the replaced parts of my car. The biggest plus of this service is the attitude towards customers, thank you for your attention and good repair, I recommend everyone who encounters this to contact this service, they are professionals in their field. Thanks again for the work done. 5 stars!”

JoJo's Auto body shop . They will tow in your vehicle, pick you up and or drop you off when needed, set up your rental, handle the claim with your insurance company directly, kept me updated and detailed my car. “I have yet to have a car repaired here but I have 3 experiences:
1) Came with a car no mechanics could diagnose the issue of. Their writer spotted the issue right away. I followed his advice and problem solved for a few hundred not many thousands as others suspected.
2) and 3) was turned away because they didn’t feel confident the quality of work would be certain given the unique nature of the damage and the cars materials in each case. I respect a business that would rather turn away customers than mess up their cars. Too rare in this market and this world!”

“For several decades I have been coming to this body shop from minor dings to the recent rebuilding of the front end of my 2002 Lexus LS 430. The front end looks like a new car after repair. The parts were 50% of the repair price, but the total price was very reasonable for all the damage the accident caused, Marty is a pleasure to work with and desires to please his customers. I dropped my 2014 Ford Focus ST off around noon to have my cloudy headlights restored and they were done on the same day. The difference is night and day! The restoration made the entire car look new! I am extremely satisfied with the prices and that they offer PPF to prevent my headlights from becoming cloudy again in the future.
