“I started going to House Automotive in 2022 when I purchased my Macan. I’ve been to them for a variety of services including regular oil/service/maintenance as well as replacing the brake pads and fluid. I was so happy with the service and they even returned my car to me washed and road ready. The office staff has been so great and easy to work with making the scheduling really easy and efficient. The mechanics did a great job and took the time to explain everything very clearly. They gave me a detailed breakdown and let me know what my next service would entail. Really happy with their service and looking forward to continue working with them.”

“I have yet to have a car repaired here but I have 3 experiences:
1) Came with a car no mechanics could diagnose the issue of. Their writer spotted the issue right away. I followed his advice and problem solved for a few hundred not many thousands as others suspected.
2) and 3) was turned away because they didn’t feel confident the quality of work would be certain given the unique nature of the damage and the cars materials in each case. I respect a business that would rather turn away customers than mess up their cars. Too rare in this market and this world!”
“For several decades I have been coming to this body shop from minor dings to the recent rebuilding of the front end of my 2002 Lexus LS 430. The front end looks like a new car after repair. The parts were 50% of the repair price, but the total price was very reasonable for all the damage the accident caused, Marty is a pleasure to work with and desires to please his customers. Earlier this year, he repaired a hit and run sideswipe of my wife’s new Genesis G80 3.5 turbo. Of course it came out just like a new car.”
“After getting my car hit in my parking garage, what I thought was a minor accident, Cook's Garage took great care of my vehicle. Upon inspection of the vehicle, they found a lot of internal damage that they were able to tackle in a very reasonable amount of time. They were in network with my Amica insurance, and many more. “This is the best mechanic I have ever been to. He looked at my car multiple times and was very honest about it not making sense for me to put the money into the car to fix it as it would be a lot of money and the car already had pretty high mileage. He did not charge me for the diagnostics or the test drives he did to look at it. I feel like literally every other mechanic would make something up even, if they had to, just to get money but not Ed! I can tell he really cares about cars and his customers and I couldn't be more happy with his shop, thank you”
