“This is the best community tennis shop in the world. I've been coming here for years for racquets, strings, shoes, etc. The staff is always so courteous and knowledgeable. They will give you the best deals possible, better than anything on the web. I recently bought a racquet for my young middle school daughter. I got a racquet with the smallest grip at the store. It turned out to be too big for her little hand. I brought the racquet back and asked what were my options as she had already played with the racquet. After reviewing some solutions, the owner eventually said he would take back the racquet and special order a new racquet with a smaller grip. For free! I was blown away. The generosity and understanding my predicament and taking the loss on the racquet overwhelmed me. I can't see places like Tennis Warehouse doing this for you. This is the place to go if you live anywhere close to here.”
“I went to the store looking to buy a pair of binoculars. I am new to bird watching and knew nothing about binoculars. The sales person that helped me was very nice and took the time to explain all the differences in price level. I got to try out different binoculars to see the differences and find the right one for me. I went to the store thinking I would start with a beginner base model, but ended up going with a more expensive one, and I am so glad I did!”
“I needed to get my bowling ball drilled and found this place on Yelp. It's a little shop located in Forest Lanes and I figured I would grab a drink while I waited for my ball. The two guys (unfortunately I didn't get their names)running the shop were super cool, very helpful, and had me in and out in about 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place for your bowling needs. Only regret, I didn't get my beer!”
“John Weber in the Titleist fitting room provided me a world class custom fitting experience. He listened to what I was looking for and tailored everything to me while he was asking all the right questions. The custom fitting cost $75 for the hour and I'd be glad to pay more next time. Yes I did order my new set of 150's right then and there because of the job John did. I've already let several people know and needed to put this review up so everyone I don't know reaches out to John Weber.”
“We had an awesome experience with Laguna Surf and Sport! I signed up by two sons for surf lessons and everyone was friendly and professional from start to finish. Tess was an amazing instructor! The boys both complimented her patience and guidance during their first time surfing and asked to come back for another lesson at our next trip our here. We picked up a few souvenirs at the store afterwards and everyone there was also super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!”
“Solid spot to buy/rent gear! Staff is pretty chill, and if you have any questions they're more than happy to help you out! Gave me recommendations on what to look for in items, and walked me through the process for board rentals. I think for the most part it doesn't get too busy, but they do have times where it's packed in there! The prices of their items are pretty good, and they don't try to upsell you on things, felt like they were trying to help find what's the best first for you. Definitely give them a visit if you're looking for gear to buy/rent!”

“Great little local surf place where I bought some t-shirts and a cap. The female staff were helpful and terrific, the guys, not so much. Went into the store twice and both times I had to ask for help, which is fine. But the same guy looked like he didn't want to be there, while the young women both times were very helpful.”

“My son and I will go to Focus every few months and this last time he spotted the hot pink, McGill Skull & Snake reissue. He had to have it. The following day we returned, got the board, and the gentleman helping us did a flawless grip job! The folks working there are always courteous, I never feel like I'm bugging them, and they always engage when we ask questions and make small talk. We've purchased skate decks, hardware, and clothing too! My son and I love coming here, and we come here first.”
