“I had such a great experience at the Walmart Auto Center in Aliso Viejo! The team here is professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. From the moment I arrived, Reuben greeted me warmly and explained everything clearly. My car tire installation service was completed on time Todd made sure I understood the work that was done. Use the Walmart app to save time and money. Walmart plus is the way to go. Bought tires on the app and was able to make the appointment. Came in at the right time and was greeted by Reuben. Friendly and with a great attitude.

The prices are very reasonable, and I appreciate the honesty and transparency—no upselling, just straightforward service. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands.

“First time buying tires at Costco. After comparing the price with Walmart and discount tire, for the same size and brand tires, Costco had the better deal. I bought it and scheduled a time for installation. I went back few days later and they installed the new tires under an hour. Very quick service. A suggestion would be to install a bell in the front so when you go into the store it notifies the store staff. Every time I went in the store I had to yell hello to get someone to come to the counter. Or many please a Ring at the counter. Other than that no issues, happy with service.”

Today was a very busy day for me, and after having a frustrating experience at several different tire shops in RSM, Aliso Viejo, and Lake Forest—where I was quoted high prices and received very disappointing service, I finally decided to call Costco.

From the moment I called, David provided exceptional customer service. He was very accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Even though I know they were busy, he placed me on a brief hold and came back with clear and helpful information. He guided me through the process and asked where I was located. When I told him I was only about 10 minutes away, he encouraged me to come in and said he would be happy to assist me.

When I arrived, David was assisting other customers, but the rest of the team was just as professional. Dannyel helped me right away. He asked a few important questions, went outside to inspect my car, and made sure my concerns were taken care of. His professionalism, patience, and dedication truly stood out.

These two staff members—David and Dannyel—made a huge difference in my day. Their excellent service reflects their passion for their work and the strong training and leadership of their supervisors and managers.
