“I had a broken laptop that needed parts ordered and replaced/repaired. I called the manufacturer and they provided with me a couple of certified local options for repairs. I called 3 of the recommendations. Avacom stood out from the first phone call, as Barry was very informative and accommodating. I was able to take my laptop in that same evening. When I arrived Barry explained everything I could expect best case to worse case, as well a estimate of pricing that would be associated in either scenario. It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did! He would call to let me know what he found to be wrong, when the part(s) were ordered and expected, what cost to expect. I would absolutely recommend Barry and Avacom Computer Services.”

“I was going on a trip and decided to stop in to Relax the Back in my neighborhood to make my car seat more comfortable for the drive. Donna helped me pick out the perfect fitting seat to put in my car. It was so fun to work with her and it turned out to save me! My drive ended up being 12hrs because an accident on the 15 fwy which closed it down. I could not get out of my car for 10 hours!!!!
