“Benjamin at the checkout register has a really friendly attitude. So did a manager but regretfully I did not catch her name. These two people made my day today. I went to return a laptop which I ordered on line for curbside pick up. The HP laptop refused to let me load a printer driver and kept telling me it was not an HP software (duh). After many hours I gave up. Bad laptop! I forgot my receipt but these two worked patiently to try to locate my order for the return. We tried my credit card, my tel number and my email address. None of them found the order (system issue not their fault). I left with my laptop but found the e-mail order confirmation which had the barcode, want back inside the store and did the return. I appreciate Benjamin and the lady manager being so friendly and patient, which made me feel appreciated and valued.”

“I’ve been training at the gym next to this location for three years and just a few weeks ago called when I realized I was going to run out of shipping bags before my Uline order would arrive. I spoke to Brian the manager who found an acceptable replacement to take care of my needs same day. When I stopped in to pick up Brian was super helpful and asked if I’d give him a chance to take over my business. His price beat the price I was paying and he offered to keep the item in stock for me so I can pick up as needed instead of paying freight charges for my uline shipments. I could not be happier with the product and service.”

“1) Make an appointment. I worked with Gabriella who was super helpful. They will check your temperature and screen you for covid symptoms. 2) Nice showroom! You can try out all of the Steelcase office chairs and check out the upholstery options. Steelcase's Original manufacturer's 12-year warranty applies and Tanagram handles any/all warranty issues. 3) If ordering a chair during covid, it may take about 4-6 weeks to get from the time the order. Meaning the "quick ship" items are no longer in stock (at least not right now). If you cannot wait that long and need a chair much sooner, then you may have a better chance with amazon or other 3rd party sellers that have it in stock. Or an office furniture liquidator (if you don't mind used chairs) 4) If you work for a big corporate company, then ask if there is a discount. My employer uses Tanagram to furnish our offices so I was able to get 20% off retail. 5) My only (minor) complaint (hence 4 stars, not 5) is that you can't just simply pay online like you would if you ordered a Herman Miller chair from DWR. You have to fill out an order form for your credit card, sign and date, and scan it in or drop it off to the showroom (unless you happen to purchase on the spot).”
