He has sales responsibility but adjusted the links of my watch himself. He also showed some very nice timepieces. All and all, because of George, a very great experience. I will contact George again in the future.”

“From a customer's point of view, wake up and smell the diamonds direct. My wife had lost a couple of diamonds from her wedding ring and we had Jeff help us out. We were absolutely floored when we picked it up. My wife didn't think it was her ring. The craftsmanship is P-E-R-F-E-C-T. She thought the entire ring was brand new. I found myself taking a closer look especially after I saw the bill. I had to ask "is this right?" The end results are spectacular.
From a dealer's point of view, I have never met anyone with so much knowledge that is friendly enough to share it as Jeff is. Honesty goes a long way in any business and if you are going anywhere other than Diamonds Direct, you're honestly going to the wrong place. It's not what you know, it's who you know.
