After years of working out but eating like crap, I needed a drastic change. I heard about Coach Daymond at Phenomenal Fitness in Laguna Hills. He's a foul mouth, David Goggin's type of personality that tells you how it is, exactly what I needed. Someone to keep me on track and accountable. Most of the guys there are shredded in their 50's and 60's, absolute beasts. @coach_daymond set me up with a personalized fitness program and nutrition which is basically the carnivore diet. After 4 short weeks I'm down 10lbs and 6% body fat. Can't wait to see the results in the upcoming months

This review is for Desiree at Phenomenal Fitness. I have been training with Desiree for a couple of years now and let me just say, she has changed my life! I was not one for the "big box gyms" and I have a hard time with group classes where you just show up, follow the instructor and leave. At this gym, you feel like part of a family and everything is tailored to your needs and physical ability. It is the perfect combo of workouts and nutritional counseling in a small group setting. Desiree takes the time to work with you and your goals, guide you through the workouts and alter any steps based on your current circumstances and physical ability. Just had surgery or hurt your knee or back? No problem, Desiree will help make a training plan just for you. Just had a baby? (And there have been many through the years here!) no problem, bring that baby or kid and they have a play area. Desiree has been known to hold some kids and walk around with them just so the mom can work out. Having a hard time getting motivated and showing up? Desiree texts and calls and checks in on you, and when you get there she actually cares about you and will make sure you are ok. This is not just some "pay your monthly tuition and leave gym" I have seen all types come and go in this gym and they all will say the same thing, when they show up, put in the work and achieved their results, Desiree was the one who was there cheering them on and making it happen. If you want a place with someone who truly cares AND you get results, then Desiree at Phenomenal Fitness is the one for you.

Phenomenal Fitness is the best! If you want to get in excellent shape and learn about a healthy lifestyle and nutrition then this is your place. Daymond is the most knowledgeable and practical trainer I have ever worked with. You will not waste any time here. If you want serious change fast and are ready to put in the work or need help with extra motivation then mod yourself a favor and go here. I lost 25 lbs in my first 10 weeks of working out here. And I want able to keep it off through the knowledge I gained.

I joined Phenomenal Fitness Inc last month and have to say, am really glad I made this choice. From the start, the team there did a great job of explaining my options, letting me trial a few gym sessions (including classes) and answering my questions. They also offered a free fit session, to help me set a baseline for my fitness goals.

Desiree and Daymond are truly amazing personal trainers! They changed my life in so many ways! I was a mother of 2 children suffering from postpartum depression when I meet them. They educated me on proper exercise technique and form, personal development, macronutrients, caloric deficit and how to love myself again. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me inside and out! I lost 50lbs but I gained so much knowledge from them! They inspired me 6 years ago and they continue too. I highly recommend anyone who wants to be in the best shape and health of their life to hire them.

I love this place! After moving to the area, I was looking for a gym. Here, I felt immediately welcome and love having the community of like minded people who love taking care of themselves, but also a place that can support my goals and growth. Desiree immediately understood my goals and helped me design a plan to create it. From tough love to compassionate understanding you will get results. This gym sets itself apart because through their methodology, you not only work on your physical goals, but your mindset practice as well.

As a trainer, Daymond knows what he’s doing on fitness and nutrition. He delivers the results he promises. He initially took me from 17% body fat to 5% in 4 months. And has permanently changed the way I look at food (and sugar). I took a year off from his classes and came back. The classes are fun and so are the people. Expect to burn calories; don’t expect him to sugarcoat. He cares about the health of each of his students and is a great guy.

This place changed my life. After almost dying from heart failure I decided to make some changes. My transformation has been incredible. My trainer Daymond taught me discipline, diet and how to work out. I've no longer take prescription drugs and at sixty years old I'm growing stronger and healthier. My physique has inspired many people in my family and circle of influence to make healthy lifestyle choices. There is no better return on your investment than to invest in your health and this is the place to do it.

I have been training with Daymond for over 6 years. He is exceptionally committed to make customers fit. Besides training, he gives good guidance about the diet. Every customer, who has followed his method both in diet and training consistently achieved great fitness with body fat in single digit.

By putting Daymond's nutrition and exercise advice into practice I've been able to lose nearly 100 pounds. I haven't felt this good in more than ten years. I highly recommend Daymond and Phenomenal Fitness. You can't go wrong with them. He give much, much more value than what you pay for. He cares about his clients and gives them what they need to obtain the outcome they desire.

Accountability is the key! Daymond and Desiree keep everyone 100% accountable to the fitness journey. Their coaching produces amazing results (I've lost 50 lbs in 3 months) by following their exercise and nutrition plan. The gym itself is clean, well equipped, and the other members have become a very supportive extended "framley". A++

In 2015 I finally realized I couldn’t keep doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I used to stalk them on Facebook and couldn’t believe their results. I finally took the plunge in 2015. Right away I knew this was different. I went from 36percent body fat to 15-16 percent body fat. It’s not easy but it works if you work it. It changed my whole physique. People were constantly asking me if I was a fitness model. That was such a trip. Anyway. I’ve maintained a 19 percent body fat comp at 46 years old now. If I choose to get RE-ripped , I know what to do. They’re game changers and I love them for life. Thank you Daymond and Desiree for having our backs!

This place Rocks!!!! Great people, atmosphere and equipment but none of that comes close to the coaching, inspiration and motivation Daymond and Desiree provide. Do the work, pay attention to their coaching on work outs and nutrition - you'll get awesome results!!!

Great gym and atmosphere. This is the place to go if you want results. It’s accountability and hard work to the max. For example, if you decide to skip a day you can expect a text from Daymond asking where you are. If you are looking for another social scene gym, or a place where someone will sympathize with your excuses this is not the place for you.

Over the past 3 years I've worked with different trainers and different gyms but none have matched what I get and have gotten in the past 18 months from Daymond & Desiree at Phenomenal Fitness. There's nothing easy here, they push you and your limits and expand your growth exponentially, both physically and mentally. Add a positive, fun clean, well equipped environment and it's a winning combination. I was at a decent 18% body fat when I finally joined and within weeks I understood so much more about diet and food, and what a macro actually is and how to measure and track my intake that I was soon in single digit body fat and have been ever since. I can't say they are for everybody, you have to really want to see change and be willing to do the work but if you are committed to transforming your life, hands down, this is the place and they are the ones...
