I have been training with Daymond for over 6 years. He is exceptionally committed to make customers fit. Besides training, he gives good guidance about the diet. Every customer, who has followed his method both in diet and training consistently achieved great fitness with body fat in single digit.

This place Rocks!!!! Great people, atmosphere and equipment but none of that comes close to the coaching, inspiration and motivation Daymond and Desiree provide. Do the work, pay attention to their coaching on work outs and nutrition - you'll get awesome results!!!
