“I’ve been going to this ARCO/AMPM store for some time now and, for the first time, experienced a small issue at one of the fuel pumps. Essentially, the pump overcharged my account because the sensor didn’t recognize the pump was placed back into its holder. Long story short, the store manager (Maria) went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and provided me with a full refund without hesitation. Her quickness to act and her interpersonal communication skills throughout the entire ordeal were stellar, and I will continue to be a retuning customer. She definitely deserves a promotion!”

“This is the best 7/11 by far. Every year I come here for bring your own cup day and free slurpees on 7/11. This is the only location that consistently participates on both those events. The staff is always friendly and even smile when they see the random "cups" my friends and I brought. I will continue to support this location because it's such a blast stopping by every time!”

“I really like the red haired store manager bc she is always so helpful when I come in & professional. I saw her tell a guy he’s not welcome in the store bc he steals evidently & he took a case of beer & pushed her outta the way so he can leave w/o paying, then the police came pretty quickly to find that guy so I give her alot of credit for what she has to do & I think we should all give employees a break if they’re not up to par on a certain day it’s prob bc they work hard on their feet & have to endure the worst customers & for min wage which u can’t live off of so thank u CVS!”

“Sometimes I'm a snob. I only started coming here because they remodeled it. As the months have passed some of that luster has worn off, but. My first thoughts of the old status was "it's still Chevron gas" even though it was a little run down. It was lit well, but not bright and clean and as modern as other "less prestigious gas stations". So the remodeled it a few months ago and they managed to fix lighting and it's shiny and bright and clean, but the prices which were probably discounted to bring back the consumer has settled in as the most expensive in the area. The one thing people come here for you raise. Meanwhile other Chevron's manage to have expensive everything in the store, but are within pennies of Shell. Something is going wrong here. Your doing it all wrong. Stabilize. If you own and full sized truck, or even a Tacoma. Don't come here. It's tight, I've seen a King Ranch Ford literally have to be walked out and have traffic blocked for his 19 point turn because he thought he could make it. It's more his fault, but you know how the OC is, no one's gonna give you slack because they are probably just terrible drivers too. Just don't come here. I am not the bigger person and I'm not cutting you slack. They are always out of cracked pepper flavored sunflower seeds and they need to up their selection of healthy refreshment. It's still Chevron gas, but you pay midas gold prices for it.”

“The remodel of this 7-Eleven is amazing and they did a great job with all the lighting. They actually include hard alcohol now too so the owner stepped it up and got the license for it; Ever since this newer younger owner came to this location, I have noticed enhancements in that this place is a lot more hip, modernized, and seems to be a lot more active than before. I've been coming here for 18 years. I think the owner did a great job and he's also very nice and friendly as well which makes it more appealing to attend to when I have a need for some quick foods. I have literally avoided some places due to their hospitality or tonality being very unappealing but this 711 is legit!”

“This review is for the attendant that works inside. He is extremely friendly and courteous. There was a blind man coming up on the back entrance and he walked around to make sure that he held the door open for the man. Truly a kind person.”
