“I came in earlier today to buy a bass that they listed on Facebook marketplace. They were very communicative and helpful from the start. Kyle messaged me with information about the store and placed it on hold when I told him I would be coming in. When I came into the store, they were quick to help. The staff there is very nice and approachable. Luis let me get a feel for the instrument and helped ring me up. Overall a really nice experience! Thank you Luis and Kyle for helping me achieve my bass dreams! I hope to come back soon for more deals”

“It's so nice to know that there is someone in the area who is knowledgeable about such a wide array of electronics, especially since I hate the idea of throwing things away that can be easily fixed. My Marshall amplifier was buzzing and the connector was spinning in it's housing... I was about ready to just buy a new one, but I was absolutely overjoyed to find out that I could get it repaired for less than the price of replacing it. I mean it when I say that it is as good as new now! And the repair only took a couple of days. I will easily be back for any future repairs on sound equipment!”

Shortly after several representatives were assisting a variety of customers. Noteworthy was Diego who help me ascertain whether I could add a SIM card and line to my iPad. We discussed several options and pricing scenarios. Diego was very knowledgeable and focused on what I was trying to achieve. Highly recommend T mobile in Walnut Creek for helping with your cellular service needs.”

“Edit: Jenny called me after I posted the original review, apologized for the issue and immediately shipped a replacement unit. Like the other reviews have said, it's been great customer service and I would definitely shop here again.Power supply was damaged before it left the shop. The larger outer box it shipped in showed zero damage, but the PS box inside was deformed, like it had been dropped off the shelf. Upon opening the inner box, the styrofoam protection was cracked and the power supply case was bent. The damage seems to be limited to a slightly bent case and it looks like it functions properly when I turn it on with no load. I would like to use it immediately so returning it isn't a great option but having a company ship a damaged box without checking the contents beforehand is disheartening. Hopefully there's no unseen damage that manifests once it has a load on it.”

“I have visited this location a few times. And honestly, based on my visits, I can believe that this location is much nicer than the one in Antioch. Although, I probably wouldn't drive half an hour to here to get what I needed; I could if I want. Anywho, we were in the area on Nov. 24, 2023, and it was Black Friday, so we decided to stop in and see what kind of deals they had. And honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The sales that I have been seeing said "30% off", which isn't much of a deal. I was in the need for pajama pants and some socks so I picked them up. I scanned them, and they were on sale. I also bought some accessories for my new phone, and I was pretty disappointed with the fact that they weren't on sale. While we were checking out, I decided to use my Target Circle rewards (like I do usually), and the person who checked me out suggested I spend a certain amount to get the discount. I didn't get their name, but the way they explained it to me was very helpful. And everything went through without any issues. Would I come to this Target again? If I am in the area again, maybe I may check it out. Since the Pittsburg Target closed down, I have mostly been going to the one in Antioch and this Target is out of my reach. I like how there is a parking garage underneath, which is nice especially in a place where parking is AWFUL.”

“I will not go to many 7-11's but this is one that's always okay to go to . Always friendly at night time when I'm there. Cant say the same about daytime because I'm never usually there. They have a great selection of snacks , ice cream , frozen goods , and they have a fountain drink and slushy machine. They usually have a good selection of sandwiches and stuff like packaged eggs. Can't usually find some ice creams like Twix everywhere but they have ones like those here. Really big gas pump area , and has a truck weighing station. Don't usually get gas from here it's pretty expensive lol. Thanks for reading how this helps.”
