“This place is great. I've been a customer for 7 years. I have all my business mail delivered here and have never had an issue. Every time I go in for a personal matter or to make an Amazon return, the staff is friendly and no packages have ever been lost. The owner is a good person and on top of his staff. I was shocked to see some of these other reviews here, but I think sometimes people conflate a problem that might be more specifically related to UPS in general with just this specific store, which is sad to see. From my perspective you can confidently do business with this location and have a great experience.”

“This is an amazing UPS store. I needed to ship out some items through UPS and randomly found this place. Generally I do not write a review for a quick 5 minute interaction, but the service was so phenomenal I had to make sure to drop a quick review. Robert was extremely friendly as soon as I entered the store and even helped me with some boxes I had in my car. I've dropped off many packages before at other shipping businesses and the employees will just watch you struggle and hold the door open with your foot while carrying an arm full of boxes into the store... Not this place! I felt like I was VIP or a regular customer. I also had alot of questions from tracking to shipping options and Robert was patient and friendly throughout the entire interaction. I highly recommend this UPS store and will definitely be using them for my services again. Thank you!”

“I have used this company for printing and faxing only! My review will be based on that.I have used this company to print shipping labels which I email to them and they will print when I get to their location, pay and be on my way.Same thing with faxing documents, I have fax documents from here and have not had any problems with the staff.Like at any other place if the ladies are busy helping a client, you wait until is your turn. Yes, sometimes they do take their sweet time, maybe because they are getting paud hourly and are in no rush.I'm not sure if they also send money to other countries but usually Friday and Saturday is crazy busy.”

They are not friendly and they do not get the packages out the same day when you drop them off at a decent hour.Also, the store in the Albertsons location is clean and maintained compared to the other local UPS stores.”

When you are there be patient because there is usually a steady flow of people and if you listen they are usually having to explain the same thing three different way to an ungrateful customer. “We were helped by Christopher and Lisa Smith (owner). Lisa was so kind and helpful. We explained that we went to the Montclair UPS and our packaged was refused by the woman working there. The Montclair location claimed that we needed to put our already packaged item in another box, otherwise they couldn’t accept it. So we came to this (Claremont) location where Christopher printed our receipt as proof of our return and Lisa told us it was not a problem and that they can accept the package and return it to Amazon for us. It took us 30minutes at the Montclair location only to still be turned away but a mere 3minutes at the Claremont location to drop off the package. Thank you Lisa and Christopher!! We really appreciate you! We will be returning to your location going forward! Everyone needs to come here. Fantastic customer service!”

“I visited in early July of 2024.
There is plenty of parking out front. The business to the very south wasn't open so that allowed even more places to park. I was greeted and helped immediately. I had to complete a live scan. The person that helped me was professional and courteous. The live scan costs about $65 and took less than 15 minutes.
The business wasn't crowded at all, although there was people coming and out to check their mailboxes.
Overall, a positive customer experience and an apparent good place to have a P O Box as well.
5 stars and highly recommended.”
