“I live right down block from Upland gym and it is FILTHY, NEVER ANY wipes in any station, you can visibly see sweat stains on machines there and all weights out of place, horrible, I drive a bit out of way to Laverne as it is way way way cleaner, stocked with wipes, not very packed, weights are not all over the place, everyone there is pretty good about re racking and places weights back. Can't complain. Wish Upland location was cleaner and a more pleasant visit since I could literally walk there.”

“My son loves going to Cape! Coach Milo and Coach Z are doing a wonderful job of improving his speed and agility. His basketball coach is noticing a difference in his quickness. The facility is remodeled and holds a lot of fitness equipment and batting/pitching areas. There is a nice boxing section too.”
