“There’s usually a long wait due to the nature of the services provided. So keep that in mind.
All of the clerks are polite and kind. One in particular I don’t know his name, he had black hair. A woman was mailing 10 packages and she was getting very impatient with him because her packages wouldn’t scan (due to her poor taping job). She got upset with him because there was a line out the door and he didn’t have time to hand type all of the barcodes. She was being pretty nasty but he handled it well.

“I had a package that got stuck in a mail loop with another location, and I managed to reach Raphael at the La Quinta, CA 92253 location by phone. He could have easily turned me away, made an excuse, or just brushed me off—but he didn’t. This package was important to me, and despite what was clearly a busy and chaotic day, Raphael took the time to genuinely help. He tracked down the looping package, and now it’s finally on its way home. In a world that often feels overwhelming, that simple act of kindness meant everything. I was going to call him back to say thank you, but he sounded so busy that I didn’t want to take up more of his time. I can’t imagine how demanding his job must be, but I hope this message makes its way to someone who can recognize the great work he’s doing. Raphael truly deserves a raise—or at the very least, some real recognition.
