“I am one of the people who almost never reviews a place... but on this occasion, it deserves it one hundred percent... 2 weeks ago I went to have my business cards made, which I have been doing in the same place for the last 5 years... This place allows me to prepare my business cards to my liking, the invoices of my small business... and 2 weeks ago, somehow they were not ordered to be done. which I spoke with the manager Dennis, and he paid a lot of attention to my need and problem of not having received my business cards on time... which once I made my complaint, he immediately promised to resolve it... which was surprising from one day to the next they were finished, the logo was perfect and the color... I did not agree with that. But he decided to cover the expense for the inconvenience. “I do business at this store fairly often, and had noticed that an employee who seemed to be the manager was always friendly, efficient and caring. I had a very precious package that I wanted packed by the carrier and insured. It was irreplaceable, and fragile. I asked for her to do it personally. She did an excellent job, sent me photos of the stages of the packaging process and seemed. happy to provide the best service she could. My package did arrive safely and quickly and I just want everyone to know that this store can be trusted with your shipping and packing needs. Her name is Virginia. The other employees I've encountered have always been efficient and nice, as well. This has sadly become rare, and I want to thank UPS and this store in particular.”

“I usually go to the Fed Ex in Palm Springs but was in the area and needed to send a package off that I had with me, so I cheated on my normal location. I wish I remembers the young lady who helped Mexico she was so kind and helpful and seemed to really enjoy her job, I was joking around with her and her manger and although a brief experience, it was a pleasant one and appreciate their great customer service.”
