“By far the best UPS store I have been to. I own a distribution business and I ship a lot of products through UPS daily. I have gone to other stores, but this store is the best. Other stores seem to get bothered by how many packages I drop off. Other stores nearby want me to ship through the “main distribution center” due to my volume and have told me that I have overwhelmed their drivers.
I have asked this store if I overwhelm them.
Never once! They are amazing.
This one has the most friendly staff, best service, are very happy every time I walk in, and make me feel like family! I never feel like I bring in too many packages or feel pressured. “Been a UPS customer for years and this is one of the better ones. They actually smile and say “ hi” and remember you, which took me aback in a good way. Lots of free parking, clean and not congested Plus they will mail usps stuff as a courtesy. I hope to be moving my mailbox and do all my business here. As a bonus, There’s also lots of good food places nearby.”

“I have $1million for anyone who finds me a UPS store with better customer service - it does not exist. The employees at this store go absolutely above and beyond, including offloading boxes from my car, double checking to make sure everything is correct, and providing expertise in any question I might have. We use them for a big volume of packages and they make carloads of boxes easy to offload, scan, confirm, and provide receipts. They have even tracked down drivers for me to drop off an overnight package I missed the store cutoff for. Thank you a million times over, we are truly blessed to have them in close proximity to our factory.”

She was tired, as she was on her feet all day and it was near closing time, but she really did show me grace and she didn’t have to. (She has no idea how arduous working with my seller has been. Replacement shipments, incorrect address, weeks have gone by trying to get this 60th birthday present in time for my mom’s special day.) I really appreciate you guys. And over the years, every time I’ve been here, you guys are always professional, even with customers that don’t follow the Amazon return instructions and take out their frustrations upon your team. “I have researched many other shipping companies but they spoke very irresponsibly and unclearly when I asked about cargo insurance. I searched for a long time and found that Huthui company has received very positive reviews. I contacted and the staff members were extremely friendly, responded to messages quickly, answered all my questions clearly and specifically, processed orders quickly, weighed and measured accurately, and guaranteed empty boxes. Opened, lost goods refunded, super fast delivery time (flew out on Thursday and arrived in HCM the following Monday). I sent it and my friend in Vietnam received it, everything is completely intact (the box is not dented at all). I extremely trust the company's service, will support it for a long time, the price is a little higher than other places, but compared to what the company has done, I am completely satisfied. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a reliable transportation place.”

“This is my go-to UPS store. Also, it's a great place to have your fingerprints done through live scan. Chris and Landry were there to help me and they were just so professional, efficient and kind. I avoid coming here during the week though, because there is one worker named Elizabeth who is just so extremely rude, i'd rather just avoid dealing with her entirely so I don't come during the week when she works. It's a shame because I'm not sure if stores realize that one bad worker can really affect business. There used to be a UPS store on telegraph and Painter that went out of business, and I'm quite certain it was due to the unprofessional woman that used to run it.”
