“My favorite pet store ever! I have been to atleast 4 different petstores in my area & none of them compare to IB .. I always get more for my money from here than anywhere else. & the staff had always been so friendly & welcoming!! I could spend hours in here although that would be very dangerous for my wallet ! #1 Petstore that has everything!! Love the assortment of all natural single ingredient dog chews!!! Thank you IB Pet for everything!”

“I've started coming here a few months ago when I adopted my dog. I have never ever been disappointed! The staff are extremely friendly! I'm always greeted by smiling faces of employees. I've even brought my dog along a couple of times and the staff were so nice and friendly to my dog that was overly excited of the store. The employees gave him treats and samples of some treats they sold. Prior to this, I could never get my dog to eat any treats. I was so shocked when he ate every single one they offered. I bought the bags they gave him to try at home. I'm super grateful because I've been able to train my dog so much better with treats. I was struggling with just the clicker. They also have a very good selection of toys and accessories for dogs. If you just carefully look down each aisle, you'll be surprised at what you can find. I recently bought a "seatbelt" for my dog. Best investment ever. I've found my dog loves too look out the window. But he is so short that he can easily get thrown around in a moving car. The seat belt has helped to make sure he doesn't fall too far or can't jump to the front when he's in the back seat. There's a lot of variety of everything such as the dry and wet food. They don't have a lot of the higher end brands such as royal canin or hills science diet if you're looking for that. It doesn't hurt to check yourself ofc! But I didn't see any. I also love they have the pumpkin puree that I love to give my dog by Peruvee. If I forget to get it online, it's good to know they have the specific brand I prefer. Just note parking is not that great because it's in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's.”

“What an awesome local shop close to my house! They were so welcoming to my pups and gave them treats while I shopped. They gave great recommendations on stuff to pick out - I ended up buying these raw buffalo bones and my pup absolutely loved it, will be back again for more”

People were super friendly, and you can tell that they honestly love what they do

My dog developed an infection that needed serious medication. One week later, he is happy and back to his old self thanks to his new vet, Sara Thelen ... I can't say enough nice things about her... she let me know all my options for taking care of my dog, including having to write a prescription to go somewhere else for cheaper medication if I need it

I did not as their prices are very reasonable

100% I am done with the local Boutique veterinarians who seemed to prioritize money over beloved pets
