“I pay monthly for the Vital care savings because I need supplies every week. However, I noticed I have to ask most cashiers to include my savings for every purchase because if I don't ask, they won't apply them. Is there a reason for this? Im surprised they dont automatically apply them or at least ask me if I want to apply them. I have to ask for my savings after they've hit total and it's not all the cashiers just some.”

“Love the groomers, especially Hannah and Frida but I assume they are all nice. So good job with that Petco. I would love to give 5 stars because VitalCare has been so worth it. But the store in itself could use some Feng Shui and more product. The grooming work area is very, very warm. I don't understand it. Today it was 60 degrees outside. Inside the grooming area it was a humid 80-85 degrees. Petco, step it up and hook up your staff and our babies with proper ventilation. I assume cutting costs is to blame. Especially all the money for the Vetco renovation which is a total rip off IMO.”
“Great selection, great prices. I prefer spending my money on mom and pop businesses and I don't regret trying this place out. They have the basics and more, plus the owner is AWESOME, he's knowledgeable and friendly. Doesn't try to push any purchase he only makes suggestions. Keep it up”
