Joel sat down with me, gave me multiple options and talked me through the whole process. His personality made everything that much easier. He quoted me 6 weeks and had it done in about 3. “I have been driving past this shop for months thinking I should stop in & have a clasp on my bracelet replaced and even put the bracelet in my purse weeks ago, intending to stop in. Then I had a watch needing a battery that finally got me to come in. I’m so glad I did because they could not have been nicer and more professional! They very kindly replaced the bracelet clasp free of charge and inspected the watch to ensure that it was only in need of a battery replacement which they did. It only took about an hour and they texted promptly when both were ready for pick up. Another nice touch is that the claim check had a photo of my watch on it for additional identification/security. I was so pleased with the service that I am coming back next week for an appointment for a ring appraisal. I highly recommend this establishment!”
