“Well, after 30 years together, we decided to get married! My husband was looking at Pawn shops to buy himself a wedding band. He had heard you can get more for your money if you check out the Pawn shops. We went to El Cajon Jewelry and Loan and after trying on a few rings, he found the ring he wanted. This was our first and only shop we went to! McKenzie was so helpful. She helped him get the proper sizing done so we could send it out to be made his correct size. They knew the wedding was just a couple of days away and her and Gary put in a request to get the ring back in time for the wedding. We really appreciated that! They were great! I mentioned that I had a few pieces of jewelry that I needed fixed and McKenzie said I could bring them in and they can have their expert fix them for me. No need to find a jeweler myself. McKenzie even called us after the wedding to congratulate us. That was so thoughtful! I was very happy and impressed with El Cajon Jewelry and Loan. I will definitely be back!”

“On multiple occassions and in no particular order, I've had a total of 8 piercings done at this location. Four lobe piercings, two conch piercings and two helix percings if you want specifics and they were all done by the very professional Ms. Clara who is the best. She's great, walks you through the process, brief but thorough and goes over gauge sizes with you and has some great recommendations if you're open to it. Her work is clean, quick and professional- I've liked the end result for each piercing I've gotten done by her so far. I like that she doesn't shy away from converstion, personally I hate goin' to places where they don't even try to talk to you- especially if it's a place where I'm stuck in a chair, gettin' some kind of service done for more than 10 minutes.As a usual “walk-in” kinda guy, I can really appreciate the fact that these guys service me so quickly despite me not making an appointment in advance, so thanks so much! Love this place. Got more piercings in mind so I'll definitely be comin' back.”

The customer service here is one of a kind, the quality of the custom jewelry is amazing. Most jewelry places make me feel uncomfortable and pushed or sometimes even judged. This place is inviting, Hend the owner really cares about her customers!!! I ended Up buying few things, and when I came to pick them up they were cleaned and put in cute boxes for me..
