“I had been eagerly awaiting Wyyerd coming to my neighborhood since Cox continues to raise their rates every year, and still continues with their ridiculous data cap. My installer, Jesus A. did a fantastic job going over install options, and finished quickly. I had already downloaded the MyNetwork app, so he showed me how to get everything up and running quickly. Everything's working great.Thank you, Wyyerd, for making it to our area. It's a breath of fresh air.”

“Carlos Cecena was extremely helpful today!! in December. We switched all of our personal and business phones over to T-Mobile. Unfortunately, we had not been able to get any feedback over the last two months about a rebate. I went in today and Carlos was extremely helpful. He stayed on the phone an hour after I left and we had a couple phone calls to get the issue addressed. He was extremely helpful. Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. “I recently switched from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Not only is T-Mobile's service plan superior, but it also costs significantly less. However, the process of transferring my number from AT&T was quite challenging and frustrating. Thankfully, James at T-Mobile was there to help me through it.

James was incredibly patient and dedicated, working with me for over an hour to ensure everything was done correctly. Despite the numerous obstacles AT&T threw our way, James never once made me feel like I was taking up too much time. Even as it went past closing time, he remained calm, focused, and never rushed the process.

His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service were evident throughout our interaction. Thanks to James, I was able to walk out with my current number and a fantastic new service plan. This was hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Kudos to James and T-Mobile for going above and beyond!”

“My Grandmother was having trouble with her her landline making her sound like a robot as well as the call being extremely staticky.Contacted cox customer care and within a few days they sent out a wonderful technician. Omar who replaced and updated all of the wiring that had not been updated in the 15+years that my grandmother has lived in the home. He did the job in a timely manner and was very accommodating, professional and able to call me who wasn’t at the appointment to follow up with and let me know the outcome. He went above and beyond thank you again to Omar my grandmothers connection is working nice and strong again. Goodbye to the robot and static!!!”

“My five-star rating is based on the customer service that I have received from an employee at the Santee location his name is Derrius. I am no longer with Cox, but multiple times I have come in with a problem, and he always fixed it. With his expertise and great attitude I always left the store with a smile on my face. He goes above and beyond! Even as I was dropping off my last Cox item, he treated me kindly and still looked out for me. I wish there were more people like him in the world ? thank you Derrius!”

“Our last phones, S10+, were purchased here in June 2019 and we were in serious need of an upgrade since my husbands phone had already gotten to the point it wouldn't work anymore. After speaking with Haydee we selected the model we wanted. She was informative and explained everything in detail so it was easy for us to understand all the new and improved features and the cost associated with each line item. She also seamlessly transferred all our unique data from each phone to our new ones. We have been with Verizon for decades and have never regretted it. Not once has our Verizon service ever dropped calls. We also purchased Verizon internet while we were there. We have had Spectrum internet for decades without a problem with their service, but what started out at 29.99/month over time of incremental price increases, the latest two months ago, is now 90.99/month. Verizon is way, way cheaper so we switched. Verizon has always there when we needed them and we wouldn't think of using anyone else for our phone service and now internet service.”

“Had so much trouble since sep 14 due to for I guess purpose of a metro PCs man to sell a phone screwed my TMobile service then TMobile blocked and lacked my service leaving me unable to use my cell, 5 hours stuck arguing at metro trying to get my TMobile service back the man told me he couldn't do it, now I been trying to remember the pin to open the cell but I totally forgot, TMobile is out of service and I never asked that idiot to do that I own new cell from metro I bought 2 weeks before get the TMobile that was my purpose to get the metro cell back in service not transfer service but TMobile lacked me out thanks”
