“I have nothing but Kind things to say about the way I was treated by this company. I had my car broken into and everything stolen, and needed my passenger door glass repaired. From the second I dialed, customer service was on the front burner. The owner was very kind. He offered me a cold drink and had his employee Gio give me a ride back to my apartment. The shop "mascot" is adorable; a sweet lil' pup who was impeccably well behaved. Gio was so chill, just all around good vibes. They fixed it same day with OE quality glass, and they had to go clear to Irvine to make it happen for me. Quick turnaround, and a very fair price. I almost cried when I saw that they had vacuumed up the broken glass, it was above and beyond. If you need your glass replaced, this is the place to go. “David and his team got it done right, I went in and asked about a tint for my vehicle. David was able to get me in first thing morning. The tint was flawless and seamless. “The quality of my service from when I walked into this shop to when I walked out was amazing. Tommy helped me up at the front and got to me quick with great customer service. I was in and out of the shop with a brand new windshield at a great price in less than three hours.
I had a bad humming noise coming from the top and bottom of my windshield and was told that my windshield installation prior to coming was put in wrong and they fixed it and showed me the correct installation.

Yesterday a sustained a cracked windshild from a rock while driving on the freeway in my brand new vehicle. I was referred to Citywide auto glass by my insurance company.
I called for an Appointment, spoke with Mark, he asked a few questions to determine if my windshield needed to be repaired or replaced and insurance information. I was pleasantly surprised that my repair was scheduled for the same day, the technician was prompt and friendly, he made the repair in minutes.
