He was understanding, helpful, and got me rolling again quickly. Highly recommend if you're in the downtown area OR if you happen to live in Mission Hills (where the terrible shop I went to was).”

“I went to multiple bike stores on Adam's looking for a bike. It was only Cal Coast that greeted me upon entering, and asked me if I was looking specifically for a bike. "Yes, I am".
The worker (can't remember the name) was friendly, attentive and walked me through every step of the process. The bike was perfect for my skill level at the time, and continues to hold up, after I took it through whats now hundreds of miles. It's actually due for a tune up I'm sure.
Not sure how their other services are, but if you are specifically looking to purchase a bike and not sure what you need exactly, I think this is the place.
I would rather go here than the busy, corporate, Trek store etc that tries to upsell you.”
