I've received exceptional customer service when I needed to make changes to my bank account. There was another helpful account manager who helped me out when Albert was out sick, but I can't remember his name. Regardless, both these representatives, along with their manager who coincidentally is also named Albert, deserve kudos for their five-star service.”

“This is the only Citibank in La Canada. The next closest location is in La Cresenta. Use the parking lot in back. Do not park on the lot on the East side as it belongs to the restaurant next door. There is only one ATM out front with a loading zone parking on the street. There is also a car charging station out front.”

“Deposited a check in the ATM outside and they put a hold on it for 10 days, which is not normal for my account. Attempted to cancel the deposit but it wouldn't let me. Completed the deposit in the ATM and went inside. Spoke to Natalie about it and she said she would follow up with me the next day and she did. Check had not cleared yet that day so she followed up again the next day. Check was cleared after 2 day with Natalie following up with me each day as she said she would. Extremely happy with Natalie and her customer service. Thanks!”
