“Went on a Friday morning around 10:15AM to get my blood drawn. They had a little sign in sheet outside for blood test. There were a couple people ahead of me but the wait time was maybe 5 minutes. A staff member came outside and collected my blood test paper given by my doctor and asked for my ID and Insurance card. Really fast and polite. Went inside to do a urine sample, and was seated almost immediately to get my blood drawn. The staff who helped me was really nice and spoke with me to help me relax when getting the needle in. Overall really great! The only thing I noticed that was not good was the restroom - little to no ventilation in there so it smelled pretty bad. Otherwise a really good experience for a Sun clinic.”

“This place has very small waiting room and sometimes it's very crowded and there is not enough seats in the waiting room for patients.So get ready to be under stress waiting 2-3 hours if you are a walk-in patient.First person i talked to i guess was supervisor.She is very polite and down to grand person explained me the situation.Then when i went in i sow how effectively and correctly stuff doing their job.The technician who worked with me was Laura S. and she was like Angel to me.Ms. Laura knows how to talk to patient i'm sure in that because when i came out from that place i didn't even remember the stress i was under waiting that long.She made my day.I wanna say Thank You to manager and to Stuff works here.Special Thanks to Ms. Laura S.”

“Best Quest ever! Clean, comfortable and with a staff that takes pride in their job and give the best care! I had some very VERY bad experiences in my past that left me terrified of having blood drawn. I would do anything to avoid it, and wouldn't sleep for a week before the appointment. I am so very glad I found this place. Baioni was my Phlebotomist and I pray she stays there a long time. She was so kind, understanding, and changed my whole experience. Bonus... IT DID NOT HURT! She truly made a difference, and I will always use this quest and request her every time. Sometimes we find professionals who truly care and she is one!”

“I had my daughter there who is very difficult to draw blood from. Although unsuccessful, they went above and beyond what was expected to draw blood. The third woman sent us to to the Verdugo Hills Hospital lab where they were able to get.”

“I had to take my 6 year old in for some blood work. Came in and realized we had to pay for parking since it is part of a medical structure. $1.50 for each half hour. We parked, rushed in since it was 30 mins before closing time. The kiosk was super quick if you have the doctor's lab order on hand. Just scan the barcode on top and it will automatically put you in queue. They were not busy at all and we were called immediately. She had prepped a pediatric needle, I sat him on my lap. He got stickers and they found his vein immediately. No tears. Overall, in and out of that parking structure within 15 mins, paid $0.75 at the parking machine.”
“Email I got yesterday 10/26/23 for today’s appointment still showing the old address at 330 W. Las Tunas Dr., San Gabriel, CA 91776. Went to the old address then discovered the place was empty. Should have done better notifying.”

“WAY BETTER than the Pasadena location!!This place had excellent service. I had a 9:20am weekday appointment. Got there early but they took me right away; I waited no more than 2 minutes after checking in on the tablet. I had my paperwork ready which helped them quickly set me up in their system right.Jenny was friendly and fast, felt no pain when she poked me for blood. Was in and out of there in about 6 minutes.”
“Great service, fast turn around time and a wide range of services to choose from. The staff are always professional and courteous. They will have your results ready within days, as opposed to some locations I've worked with that often tske up to a month. Overall an excellent company to work with.”
“Just had testing done here at the location in Glendale for insurance purposes. The building was easy to find (the one pictured) and parking right across the street was inexpensive and easy to access. The cast of parking was $1.50 an hour. I paid for the full hour just in case my appointment ran long. You can pay using quarters or the dollar coins, or use card. The elevator was still being repaired, but when I got to the staircase I ran into a kind woman who I asked if the suite was up there and she gave me directions ( exit first floor upturn left, take first right and it's the last door to the right.) there weren't any clients inside. I just walked up to the front desk and Jonathan told me he'd be right with me after confirming my appointment. It was a short wait (3 minutes). Before I go on, I should mention that I'm super anxious having blood drawn and Jonathan did an excellent job making me comfortable. He asked me some medical questions which was the longest part of the appointment. The questionnaire was a standard medical questionnaire and Jonathan fills it out to make sure everything is cover so the insurance company won't have any issues. He even doubled checked it after the I completed all of the testing. He check my blood pressure three times for insurance purposes. I went to the restroom for the urine part of the test. I know someone mentioned that the restroom smelled, but that review was 5 years ago and the restroom I used was very clean and there was no smell. I'm a clean freak and I felt very comfortable. Jonathan then took my blood and was super quick and professional. It was completely painless and he made sure the area was okay before bandaging it and that I felt ok before leaving. I felt it was important to leave this because my experience was really good and I want to make sure others with the same fears I have know this place and the employees ( at least that I interacted with) were professional and helpful) and that the building is clean and accessible. “I needed some blood taken, and despite the bad reviews on here I came anyway because of how close it was to me. They accept walk ins, so I was able to just go inside when they opened and sign in. The staff was nice they were communicative, and kind. The lady taking my blood was so sweet, I have anxiety and was telling her how afraid I was and I was asking her if she gets a lot of scared people (lol) and she said yes. She took a look at my arm and told me I had good veins and not to worry. I looked away, and she did her thing. I felt no pain, she was so good! I always really appreciate when people are kind to me when I'm freaking out lol it makes it easier on me. The only things that I guess some people wouldn't like about the place is the pee samples are on the table where you sign in, that's just where you drop them off. Also, you can see the person getting their blood drawn it's a very small office with a small room and you can see everything. None of those things bother me though, I just want the job done. I walked in around 8:45ish and was gone by 9:10. They do have a parking lot which you pay for parking in but I just found a spot to park on the street and voila, free parking. I'd definitely come back. I usually pay attention to reviews and ratings but I'm glad I didn't this time and gave them a chance, I'm hoping my review helps them a bit or you can read this yourself and decide to give them a chance. UPDATE: I have no pain from where she drew blood, you can't even tell where she stuck the needle no bruising.”
“I’ve always found this Labcorp very nice, and clean. The receptionist was professional,and careing. I do wish they were open on Saturdays a couple of times a month. It would be very helpful for people that work . This is my 1st choice over all the other Labcorp’s.”

My friend had a false positive result at another place, and luckily got tested here too only to find out he was negative. I got my results via email in less time than expected.
