“We bought a Viking fridge last week and were very excited. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the fridge had scratches and also would not close because of a factory damage to hinge. So why am I writing a 5 star review? Because their entire sales team is top notch. From Sarven to Ysabella to Berenice, they left no stone unturned to get the fridge fixed the very next day. Guillermo Franco, who is their GM, actually drove to my house to assess the problem and was on the floor trying to look at the hinge.This was majorly impressive and if I could give them 6 stars, I would - with full kudos to Mr. Franco and his team. #JustAwesome”

“I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review, because Savon is a go-to for me. I bought a fridge here for my first apartment, and Marsha educated us on why modern fridges are so terrible. Marsha is really the best, because she's the type of person where you can tell she's not BSing you. Years later, I bought another fridge here - not because the first fridge died, but because I moved out. That first fridge is still going strong 8+ years later with my roommate and I still have the replacement fridge 5 years in! We also bought a stackable washer/dryer from Savon, and then sold it back to them when we moved. Most recently, the washer at our new home started leaking as soon as we moved in, so we replaced it with another workhorse from Savon. Eventually we may switch over to more modern appliances, but in the meantime Marsha and Savon have been lifesavers for helping us save money and keeping these appliances out of the landfill.”

Samantha was very patient and helped us by scrolling in her computer in search of our perfect machine and she did. The perfect size and functionality. Jose the gentleman that came to install the machine was very professional and was very respectful to my 88 year old retired(kinda) mechanic father, who was very interested in watching Jose install the machine. “We got a side by side sub-zero panel-ready fridge and freezer set from them. Martin helped us out from the very beginning. He was very accommodating and patient with us. He helped us find what we wanted that would work best within our budget, and then he even held onto the two items for a couple months while our remodel was slowly moving along. When we were finally ready for the items he delivered them, and when we found that there was a problem with a couple of the leveling gears he honored good warranty and sent someone out to fix it. We're very pleased with the fridge and freezer combo, they look great with the panels on. Thanks to Martin for his help and ongoing service. I highly recommend this business for affordable high end appliances.”

In addition, he answered all my questions on how to properly install the fittings and the supplies I would need. “Sears has come back from the department store dust! For over 130 years, Sears was one of the leading, if not THE leading chain of department stores back in its heyday. As a kid, I fondly remember seeing a chain of Sears stores and their commercials back in the 1990s. Unfortunately, in today's age of digital and technology use, online e-commerce sites such as Amazon, eBay, Temu, and more have been on the rise of convenient shopping. According to Wikipedia, as of January 2024, there are 13 Sears stores remaining, with 12 in the mainland U.S. and one location in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Although the declining number is staggering, Sears has a legacy of mall culture and launching the movement of ordering from mail catalogs. As a local Burbank resident, I am happy to see that this location is one of the last ones remaining. Don't get me wrong, I occasionally shop online but in the end, I generally prefer going to a physical store to get what I need. The Burbank location has 3 stories, the top floor being the most empty due to renovations. The second floor has women's, children's, and men's clothing and accessories. The bottom floor consists of housewares and kitchen appliances. Surprisingly, there is a large variety of items in store with fairly discounted prices. I really hope that this location and Sears as an entire chain overall will remain in business, despite the continuing rise of other competitors and the convenience of online shopping.”

“These guys are awesome! Saved me a ton of money on high end appliances: Miele, Thermador, Subzero and Wolf. Handled all inquiries in a prompt and timely manner. Very happy with my kitchen. Items were delivered and installed by professional installers. They handled service calls even after sale. Honestly, be prepared to have some patience: the money I have saved was worth the wait. I spent over $40,000 on my purchases there and saved about $15,000. If you want the price - these guys can't be beat”

“Absolutely shocked by this place. I am NOT A PLUMBER, just a guy with a house who had company coming for the week the same day my water heater blew up. They knew exactly the weird situation I was dealing with, two of them conferred to make sure I was getting the right product, they helped me bring it to my car, and told me I could bring it back if there were any issues when my plumber arrives (as long as the box isn’t destroyed and it hasn’t been installed). Danny was my main person for this and I couldn’t be happier. Will be using Ferguson every time I need plumbing supplies.”

“I spend thousands of dollars yearly utilizing Home Depot purchases to maintain my real estate investments. Furthermore, the customer service is top-notch. However, my most recent interaction with Alyssa, a manager, could have been better. I just found a $52 item purchased one year ago that was not opened. I attempted to return it today, and it was denied. Alyssa's defensive posturing did not insure me as a customer, and she led me to believe logging on to The Retail Equation (TRE) website would clarify why my return was denied and that the site would ensure me of receiving store credit for the purchased item. That was not the case; there was no human being to discuss customer concerns. Their "return items" section 1-800 number had only four options: 1. major appliances, 2, new orders/online purchases, 3. local Home Depot questions, and 4, local Home Depot credit card purchases. No exclusive phone number is explicitly designated for refunds, questions, concerns, or contingencies. I'm glad they are not the only option in town, and if this problem is not resolved equitably, I have other choices.”

“Curt was really thoughtful and helpful about two weeks ago when I came in near closing and asked for a recommendation for a tool to pry open my laptop back panel for maintenance. He recommended a putty scraper (under a dollar!) due to it not being metal (which has negative implications when using it improperly near electronics, I did not know much about, but he explained). It worked!”

There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!”
