“I had a great experience at Lloyds. After my accident, Vanessa made sure I got a tow to their location within minutes and handled the insurance information for me. They gave me an estimate within 24hrs and were very easy to communicate with. Bobby was really helpful in giving advice about my situation and was nice enough to take the time to answer questions I had about future vehicles I might purchase. Overall a smooth and hassle free experience, highly recommended!”
“Honest mechanics worth their weight in gold. These guys are great and I trust them completely. They worked on my Honda Accord for it's 100,000 mile servicing and while a bit pricey, it was much less than the dealership (stealership).
Then my wife's air-conditioning went out in her car. We had no idea what it was and feared the worst. It turned out it was just a relay switch and cost us under $100. Not knowing that much about cars, the fact is, they could have told us anything and we would have had no choice but to believe them. They've earned my trust and I won't bring our cars anywhere else. Period.
I'm not the only one because they stay super busy. So I recommend calling ahead and making an appointment.”

“Thought my 2008 Prius was done for. Engine light, bad engine noise and TRIANGLE OF DEATH! Mike did a thorough check of several systems. So grateful it wasn’t the engine or the big battery! The Prius did need several services and maintenance was brought up to date, too. Mike was very knowledgeable & kept me regularly updated on findings & progress. He told me some other issues that I had already gotten quotes for from a corporate chain. His quotes were waaay lower. They went above and beyond. I so appreciate their honesty. “My check-engine-light came on yesterday so I brought it to Firestone and they did a complementary OBD scan and I got the code. I was hoping to have my car available to drive in two days because I was going to drive others on a long car ride. I checked out this Honda service center, saw the great reviews about Steve, and brought it in first thing in the morning at 7am. I met Steve who was personable, friendly, and clear. He let me know that they could be able to have the car looked at soon, the cost of the diagnosis ($190), and that the cost could go towards any necessary repairs. After leaving my keys I had some of the delicious complementary coffee machine and left to go to work. Steve and I called a few hours later and he let me know that their technician did scans and tests and drove the car and didn't find any issues but recommended a coolant replacement if the light came up in the future. He explained that the cost of the replacement would be about $200 but he would half the price of the diagnostic to $90 to be about $300 total, saving me $100. I was confused because I thought the $190 diagnostic fee would go towards the $200 repair so that I would only pay $10 extra, but that wasn't the case. When I went in later, Steve apologized for the confusion and reduced the $190 diagnostic fee which I appreciated. He answered some more questions I had with helpful explanations. At the end when I was to sign my signature and pay, I asked for time to read the fine-print because I try to be careful with what I sign, and I think I held-up his work but he let me have time to read it and sign. The diagnostic report he gave me included a helpful photo of a power-steering leak I didn't know I had and also a Carfax report containing history about my car which I didn't know about.”

“Called Sharpe Automotive this morning, hoping to get an oil change done on a Friday before Labor Day weekend. Dean was able to fit the job in today’s schedule as long as I could bring it in sooner than later. Wifey followed in a separate car while I dropped off and we would return in a few hours.
Received text updates when the job was in process and after the vehicle was ready this afternoon. Dean reviewed the completed services along with recommended service items from normal use (tires) and preventative items to consider from the OEM maintenance schedule (spark plugs, serpentine belt) for budgeting ahead.

“Wow, i thought customer service was a lost art form, these people really go out of their way to do everything right. I had the worse experience with my insurance and they took over the process with dealing with my insurance so i could be stress free and i can honestly say the car looks better than when i got it new from the dealership! “I just had my wife’s AC system repaired from this company not far from my home. I dropped the car off in the morning and received the call that it was repaired by the owner Peter. Rather than asking for the cost, I waited till I arrived there from a nice walk. Peter quoted me a price prior to and when I went to pay it was exactly what was quoted to me. I NEVER get surprises and news I’m not prepared for. I have never been let down or experienced any negativity. Him and his crew are by far the BEST automotive repair company I have ever worked with. “The work my truck needed was not cheap but, these guys came recommended from different sources. My 2005 6.0 Powerstroke went in with a bunch of issues, although it had to return for a second time they fixed every issue including blown head gaskets which was a big project. Originally I thought they missed a couple things but once checking again turns out it had nothing to do with their work. Waited a few months to write this review but my truck has been running great since. The mechanic David was very knowledgeable and walked me through which parts I needed to change and why. This will be the shop my truck returns to for maintenance.”
