“I had a great experience with *****. Drove in from TX and had my A/C go out around **** on a Saturday. Stopped by at F&H and they looked the car over, tried a few things at no charge and suggested I come back Monday morning when they opened. I did and they were able to diagnose a Thermostat issue on 2019 Cadillac (only 60 thousand miles). At any rate they my car fixed the same day for what I thought was a reasonable price. It was Monday of Thanksgiving week and I needed to drive back to TX on Saturday. ***** also reset my computer which took care of some other problems as ************* line, kind, caring, considerate service that was fast and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this shop. Wish I actually lived in Spring Valley as I'd bring all my cars here.”

“I have gone to these guys several times. The owner is usually there. He is the nicest guy. Very easy to talk to. Tries to give you the best prices. On the other hand. The guy that usually works behind the desk. He is rude, short with customers. Trys to give you a higher prices, for work on your car. Sits eat sunflower seeds and stays on his cell. He is very cold towards customers. I referred a friend to go there. He said he will never go back. Because of the front desk guy. I had to speak to the owner about him. I dropped my car off at noon. And never got a call about my car. Infact, never got a call that they were keeping my car over night. Huge inconvenience for me. Very unprofessional on there side. If that type of service continues. I will take my business elsewhere.”

“I’ve had services done by ASMAR AUTO CARE in the past. Each time is a great experience. This time I had scheduled an appointment for my 2021 Toyota RAV4. Speaking to James on the phone to match up our calendars was smooth, easy and accommodating. I was scheduled the next morning. Upon arrival, AJ was quick, friendly and efficient to get me checked in. Ryan the owner, is about a stand up guy as they come. A very personable, family feel auto shop. Quality of work is 5-Stars! They follow manufacturers guidelines with services and repairs as needed. Prices are competitive and fair. Definitely give them a call instead of going to a dealership and pay way out of pocket if your warranty is up. Side note: they offer a military discount on certain jobs. Don’t forget to ask if you qualify. If you have a service job that may take awhile, I suggest that you arrange a ride ahead of time or Uber/Lyft. They have a cozy little waiting area with comfy seats and accessible outlets if you have to charge up your cellphones, etc. Overall they provide outstanding customer service and quality of care will have me scheduling appointments in the future. “5 stars all the way. You will not be disappointed with John Sandler automotive.I Have a 1991 ford f150 that was dying on me at lights and turns. Went to a few other places that were unable to resolve issues for me. I found John Sadler on the you tube channel and was intrigued with his diagnostic procedures and guidance. Even though he was an hour and half drive away from my house I still called him to get assistance and to see if he would be able to look over my truck. He literally blocked out the whole day for my truck to help diagnose the truck and found multiple issues causing poor performance and stalling. He spent the time from 10am - 5:30pm grinding away and was relentless to give up on it. Amazing skill, knowledgeable, and very determined.... you will also read in the other reviews about how friendly and honest and trustworthy he is with your car. And believe me he lives up to all that. You will not be disappointed and would be honored to have him as your mechanic.Thank you John for getting my truck roadworthy again.
