When I entered the store, this young lady named Nancy, with a very beautiful smile and great personality approached me and took care of all my issues with a great respect and she made my day. I was having issues with my account and it was a great feeling knowing that Verizon and the employees value us as customers.

I had to come to this store for an issue that the other stores were extremely unhelpful and even wanting to try to help me resolve it. I came here and Matt was so great and patient and kept trying and didn't rush till he helped find a solution !!! Great customer service !!!!! Thanks Matt !!
