Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. The reason behind my decision is because of the great low and competitive price on units, it has extended hours; which means that it’s accommodating to people who work late like myself. “This is the place to go if you need a pickup truck for a day or two. We rent a 24' trailer every couple of months to move our RV that is currently being restored. “Mike has been helping me all morning for a last minute rental of chairs (for the next day!!) The rate for both wedding and normal chairs are affordable and they offer delivery and pick up services. The customer service has been excellent and his ability to help me with all my concerns with patience has been wonderful. Thank you Mike! Definitely will be using this place as the default for party rentals because of this positive experience tips: they said they would be closed tomorrow (a sunday)-- unsure if this is a regular thing but check in way prior if you need something for a sunday event they offer to text images from a work phone so you can see what you're getting!!”

“I moved recently and needed to rent a van on two days in December - the 23rd and 26th. I was pleasantly surprised by the service that I received and the convenience scheduling they had so close to the holiday. This is a small local business and I'm very happy that I was able to support it.I met three people and all three we're outgoing, kind, and helpful. I was met at the road when I returned the vehicle and didn't even have to go inside. I received my receipt via email in a very short period of time. The billing was spot on and I really appreciate that they didn't waste the paper of printing everything out.I also want to point out that other reviews have a lot of hyperbole around the fact that there is a dog at this location. Bella (the dog) is probably one of the best trained canines I have met. She's a sweetheart. She's running around with a tennis ball in her mouth and trots up for a pet. I really can't State strongly enough that there is nothing frightening about this dog.Now with regards to parking, this business is located in an urban area and there is limited parking on the street. It's very limited. My opinion is that this is normal for this type of area. The other shops in the area also have limited parking and I have never had a U-Haul place that had unlimited free parking. So to put it simply, plan ahead.I want to thank the staff for making my two days of hauling and renting the pleasant experience. Anytime I need to rent a truck, this will be the place that I go.”

“After having moved numerous times over the years my wife (and friends) all know what a pain in the a$$ it is. Uhaul set us up with two of the best guys for the job. They showed up on time, with great energy and attitudes. We had 2bdrms an office living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, garage of tool boxes and tools. They both took great care and concern for our property. Loaded efficiently and utilized all available space in both the moving truck and when loading the storage unit. Thank you both Scott and Jacob. “I had a reset Igor a Penske truck. Apparently the location was at a small one man office location in a suite of offices off of Birch and Mac Arthur. But there was an out of date directory, no Penske trucks in sight, no one answered at the office for Nagashi Inc. and come to find out this online reservation was lined up as a One Way out of state. WHICH WAS INCORRECT, I ended up reaching ABC RENTALS which not only answered the phone the guys was extremely patient to listen to me try to explain what was happening. I don't know about you , but these days most people want nothing to do with your problems. These gentleman said they had a rental of exact size they needed and could get me going asap. I got there in less than 10 minute and was very relieved and glad to have come to this little tiny location in my backyard and got the full on friendliest treatment. I HIGHLY Recommend ABC RENTAL for a no nonsense moving truck rental experience. Harry was great and the gentleman who answered my call was beyond patience and helpful for us. Thank you !!!!”

“This is a DHL drop off for international returns. They have rental mailboxes and dulces from Mexico. And friendly, personable service. The system was down when I arrived to return some shoes to the UK. There was a system upgrade that was taking an inordinate amount of time. The gentleman shared that his wife is usually working, but he had a day off and was there instead. He told me they went to breakfast that morning. We compared local restaurants. I was there a good 15" just chatting. Other customers came and went and the conversation picked up where we left off. Ultimately, the system did not come back on line in the time I was there. I took a photo of my package and his business card as proof of the drop off. Today I looked to see the package was delivered. This is a mom and pop establishment worthy of my patronage.”
