My dog loves her spa appointment! We've seen Jan for a few years and if you are looking for a "dog whisperer", gentle, happy, kind, professional dog groomer with reasonable prices, quit looking and book an appointment. Jan is pretty busy, so get on a wait list if there isn't an immediate opening, it is worth the wait!

The people who work there clearly love animals and are so compassionate and caring! The facilities are constantly being cleaned and have cameras in the playrooms so you can peek in on your pet anytime you want to see how they're doing. I loved their quality of service so much that we've started using their training program and plan to use them for boarding in the future as well. We love Paw Sweet Paw - Keep up the amazing work!!!

General info:
Appointment costs are reasonable if not a bit cheaper than surrounding clinics, which is great.
The clinic is busy, but they're always able to get you in for a sudden appointment if necessary, which I'm grateful for at times when my pets had concerning health issues arise. They always try to accommodate you. There are many vets at the clinic (I've met with at least 4-5), so you'll likely visit different vets each time unless your pet has a health issue, which means you'll see the same vet until it's resolved.
Everyone is friendly and lovely and you don't feel rushed when you have an appointment. *Note: We are the voice for our pets health, so still, make sure you ask all the questions and do whatever you need for your pet, including following up on results for tests, etc.
Because all these vets come from different backgrounds, at this clinic, I've experienced different consultations: vets with firm beliefs and who make immediate diagnoses and vets who advocate doing your own research (which i appreciate) and who consider any and all options before confirming anything. My experiences with most of the vets have been pleasant, but these differences naturally have us inclined toward favoring some vets at the practice more than others.
Personal story:
First, it was an annual exam, then it was my calico's unfortunate diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. Later, my tuxedo kitty was suffering from her mouth and because they didn't have any immediate dental care openings, they insisted upon her being checked by a dental specialist at a specialist clinic and we found she had terminal cancer. I'm grateful they did not make us wait. Her loss hurts us still to this day, but this clinic was very sweet in sending a card with their condolences.
Dr. E:
My calico got pancreatitis soon after that ordeal and she was seen by Dr. E, who is kind, very informative, and dare I say, our favorite vet at the practice. My calico was sent to an internal medicine doctor for specialist care, but despite this and some continued struggles, Dr. E was always thinking of ways to help when we needed it and always patiently answering and clarifying our many, many questions. Since working with Dr. E on maintainance care, our calico has gained weight and is doing very well, even when her chronic kidney disease has slightly progressed. What really helped her get out of lasting pancreatitis symptoms by the end was B12 injections Dr. E prescribed. Due to our many positive experiences with her, we continue to ask for Dr. E and highly recommend her.
In conclusion:
We've gone to this clinic so many times in the course of a year, and every time, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets have been wonderful to our cats and the prices of anything and everything have been fairly decent (highly recommend pet insurance with senior pets though). I would recommend this place for your pet's medical care, especially with Dr. E. and Dr. Roberts.

Irvine Great Park Animal Hospital
6336 Irvine Blvd, IrvineOur doggie had surgery three years ago and recovered at Pacific Care Pet Emergency. They took such wonderful care of him and he made a full recovery. After two years he developed diabetes and pancreatitis and Pacific Care took great care of him and helped us manage his diabetes. We had to let him go recently but know that Pacific Care was the reason we had him for another 3 years and we are thankful for that. The staff is excellent and very caring and compassionate. I cannot more highly recommend them for anyone with a sick pet.

Veterinary Dental Specialties & Oral Surgery

One of them had never been under anesthesia before and like all of us pet owners we worry about our babies . I researched a lot of different specialists to take my dog to and through due diligence I landed on Dr. Furman . I have to hand it to him and his staff . Everyone there is extremely professional, welcoming and kind . He took the time to explain each step of the process and made us feel as comfortable as possible . My first dogs teeth cleaning and extraction surgery was a success . Soon after I scheduled my second dog for her dental cleaning and surgery as well. She is on day two of her recovery and is doing great. Much respect and thanks to Dr. Furman and his amazing team for making an often nerve wracking process so seamless through professionalism, kindness and quality .

With each of the treatment options, they explained the health benefits and costs, making our decisions much easier. I would highly recommend Dr. Jung and the Vetco staff!

The staff were so nice and understanding, helping me out immediately. They gave her a free bath afterwards, and I returned the next morning for a grooming session, too.
The vet was incredibly professional, not pushing any services or treatments on me (which unfortunately I have had happen too often with some other vets). I felt comfortable the whole time.

1360 Reynolds Ave Ste 120, IrvineWe used the cat hotel in March for 9 days for our shy cat Hazel. This was the first time we ever boarded her so I wanted to make sure she had the best care which is why I went with Club Cat. We got the Aristocat offer with a window view and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Hazel spent the first 2 days tucked away in her cubby but around day 4-7, she would be super active at night and loved looking out the window. By day 8/9, she was even showing her face during the day! There was a certain point where I was worried she might be lonely and the workers there were quick to check up on her and make sure she saw some human faces as she got more comfortable. The postcards were also great, especially as I was beginning to really miss Hazel. Highly recommend!

ITS UNREAL HOW GOOD THEIR MATCHA IS. ive never had matcha and hojicha this good. their banana latte is also good. the way i can describe this matcha is like the matcha from menya hanabi where theres a strong authentic matcha flavor without the bitterness and no astringency at all. its tucked inside the atrium and they offer parking validation. the workers are soo nice and chill. the hojicha is the strongest and yummiest ever. only one i think comes close to this one is okoyamas but okoyamas is less strong. so much flavor and depth into these drinks.

A girlfriend and I shared their yummy Pick 4 Bruschetta Board and I got the Perfekt Riesling. Service was on point and super helpful in helping us decide which pairings to get. It's chilly at night now that it's November but the patio is still so toasty with the heaters! I'm definitely coming by again soon. Highly recommend. So ambiant

I'd say overall their ice cream is really good, but my all time favorite ice cream flavors are mint chip and cookies and cream and I didn't like their mint cookie flavor. I'd say the flavors with chunky ingredients: chips, nuts, brownie are my personal favorites. I'd definitely go back and try more.

Beef noodle soup. 5/5 It was flavorful with plenty of ingredients. Plenty of parking in the lot. Friendly services. Beautiful interior with several tables for dine in. There is also an outdoor patio as well. Definitely will come back again and try their other menu items.

I love going here because it's super convenient and they have great prices. We usually get their $10 old fashioneds or their $3 tequila Tuesday shots. One of the best parts is the service. Taku is always friendly and hospitable. One time, he saw my empty blender bottle on the table and put it in the dishwasher for me. Super nice guy, big reason we've come back as many times as we have!
