Update::
A long overdue KUDOS to Amir, JT and Marco. Amir and JT have great leadership skills, are very knowledgeable, have awesome customer service skills. Not only with my family, but with other customers also, I have observed how they actually care & help. This makes a difference. So, I drive from Quail to here for their 1st class service. Quail needs to work on their customer service skills.

I signed up for 250mbps/$40 online. A female CS agent I spoke with kept pushing for higher speeds for more money, which I kept declining. When I finally got my equipment, my speed was 1gb/$60 without my permission.

The internet is terrible! The people are awful! I've never had such a bad experience! There's even racial discrimination! Beware of one of the young managers, to show my respect, I don’t want to point his name —he's the worst of the worst, absolutely terrible!

Worst internet and worst stability I have ever used. Frequently offline in short period almost everyday. I would rather use cellular data on my phone or Starlink than this horrible service.

The local Cox sore is good. HOWEVER, the national Cox is bad. The local place tries to help smooth out the way overpriced mothership.

HI, I asked COX for internets service, but since they don't offer it where I live, I canceled without activation and returned all of the equipment, but they continue to charge my card every month. I GAVE AGENT A FEW CALLS, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT AND REFUND MY MONEY, BUT THEY BLADE MY CARD.

Rep in store was great. But, was paying way too much for internet. Until Verizon wireless internet came online in Irvine. Also the phone customer service line, tried charging me $100 to come out and change out faulty cable box and pick up modem (since I switched to Verizon internet). Cox cable is really good though.
