“I bought a cute an inexpensive sweater there last night. Clean store and friendly service. I apparently left my wallet with EVERYTHING in it there last night and didn't realize until this morning. Shout out to cashier 3666139 (wish I knew her name) who locked it up and Manager Vy who helped me receive it this morning. A million thank you's!!!”

“Such a sweet sweet store. Very friendly and helpful. I worked with Lisa and she could not have been nicer. Good mix of clothes and games and books. I was buying for a 2 year old girl and will be going back for her brother who will be 4 in a couple of weeks.”

“Great customer service and conversation always in this store. The brand is a premium brand, and the employees always go the extra mile. In the last few months I've had great interactions and help. Today Robby, was super helpful and went the extra mile. Good energy, good info and was chill. They have high quality products at all times and worth the price! They have a wide variety of socks and underwear for both genders. And then some other clothing. I'm a fan of this brand. Always had their socks but recently wanted a change with underwear. And that's where I went with stance. And my favorites are the poly blend and cotton. Great material and feels amazing. To be honest I was against paying more for underwear whether it's for chilling at home, going on dates or working out- I needed an upgrade for feel and durability. Stance is the brand.”

“H&M always has whatever it is I'm looking for. The price is fair for the quality imo. Don't expect something that costs $10 to hold its color, or maintain its size because it won't. If you're ok with a rotating wardrobe then you can't go wrong with H&M. Btw the map marker for this location is way off. It's not in Irvine in Lakeside Middle Schools field. Hopefully that gets fixed.”

“Yesterday I decided to do a little shopping before the rains would keep me from going outdoor shopping. I saw an awesome skirt in the window @ Cotton On . I tried on size 2 . I wanted to wear it lower almost at my hips . Carlos came to my rescue. He was able to take the size I needed off the mannequin. While I went to go try that size on , Carlos put a different size on the mannequin. Unfortunately the second skirt I tried on was the right size but when I asked if it would shrink when I washed . Carlos said very possibly it would. Once again poor Carlos had to take off another skirt again off the mannequin. Luckily for me Carlos so do patient with me . I was able to purchase the size skirt i needed. I felt bad that Carlos had to do so much for me . I felt it was important to know that Carlos went above and beyond for me . I feel like he would do this for all his customers. It's all about making his customers happy so they can keep coming back . Fernando was also very helpful. He took ge time to sign me up for the rewards program. Thank you Fernando. Carlos I can't thank you enough for your service!”
