“Been in this complex for a little over a year and wanted to leave a review before my lease ends in two months. It’s been a great experience living here. The leasing office was super helpful when I was signing my lease, especially since I was moving from out of state. The office/maintenance is also very responsive and resolves any maintenance issues within two days. I’ve called for urgent matters and they have come resolve it within the same day. Everyone I’ve met in the office and maintenance are very nice and it has been easy living here. Quiet complex, plenty of guest parking (during normal hours) and there is even space in individual garages for storage.”
“I want to thank Gary from management for all his help and assistance. I was a guest on property and he assisted me with such care and compassion with my unexpected situation here. The sign of great service is when someone steps up and helps you even when you aren’t even a resident. By the way, this complex is immaculate and well maintained and a beautiful place to live or visit! Thank you Gary for everything.”
“We had issues with our refrigerator multiple times, I must say Jose, Ely and Juan did a fantastic job in resolving this forever by replacing it so professionally and very very quickly. I really appreciate their efforts of getting this beyond my expectations.

“We walked into the Kelvin front office late in the afternoon without an appointment, and were pleasantly greeted by the front office consultant, Cameron, who was very helpful providing information about the Kelvin Apartments and also three nearby communities of Equity Residential.
We were very impressed and truly appreciate Cameron for taking the time and making the effort to answer all our questions based on his first hand knowledge of the communities.
We are still looking and hope to find an ideal apartment at the Kelvin’s for one of our family members!”

“So far the experience at the Royce has been great, especially with Ericka. Through their bot on their website, I booked a tour for 9 am, but when I arrived, I learned there were no tours at this time. Ericka however made it happen.
During our move in inspection, she also wrote some things down on the checklist that she also noticed which I thought was especially commendable.
Otherwise, the staff have been speedy to answer my questions and the property has been peaceful to live in. Will be hoping for the best in the future.”
