I've had wiline voice service for a few years now. Our old shop finally made the switch to voice over ip phone service. The price is straightforward, and the service is great. Our local tech Alex always comes through whenever we have any questions.

Rates increased constantly; started at 175 and is now 260. They have multiple ways of locking you into a contract. Horrible customer service from the start. Stay away! Run!

Similar sentiment as other reviewers here on Google, Wiline's renewal process is archaic, deceptive, and criminal.
