“I stopped by this store to pay my monthly service, I was the first costumer when it opened at 10am. Freddy was the only employee, while I was being entertained for an upgrade, customers started coming in.One thing I was amazed was how Freddy handled the situation very well mostly multi-tasking with multiple customers in a Polite, Courteous, friendly and with utmost expertise. I been in this store before, but today Freddy was excellent. I ended up buying an upgrade phone with so much help from Freddy.
