“Ronnie and Sam took care of me last minute for a trip to Lake Tahoe. The sprinter van was clean and comfortable for 15 people with luggage. The van had a great air conditioning system and kept us all cool. Call legends car and van rentals if you need a big van you won’t be disappointed.”

“Clean, and pretty empty sure to obvious reasons. Minimal staffing at all rental companies. No food vending services open. I was using National, and while there were only 2 at the desk, line moved quickly. Only one attendant outside, while he was on the phone (work related call), he greeted me, and helped me immediately. Vehicle selection felt limited, but found vehicles I had not found before. I think everyone rented the rogues before I arrived.”
“Mariela and the team at Laxpress came to the rescue when Avis rejected us… A provided shuttle to their location from the other big companies was a nice service. As under 25-yo renters it was a make or break for our road-trip vacation. No hidden fees and professional and polite upon delivery and return of rental vehicle. Price was about the same as the big companies, and accepts debit cards. Thank you for your help in our situation, after a long day of travel.”

“I was so needing a vacation get away so I booked with Enterprise. While at the counter I met Ruby, who was beyond amazing- she was so down to earth and answered all my questions thoroughly! Her guest services was exceptional! I was greeted outside to choose a vehicle to my liking and I got in an SUV that looked clean when I got in but when I used the trunk- it had hair and what appeared to be a finger nail- that grossed me out. I didn't have time to thoroughly inspect the car when I left because I trusted Enterprise to do so for their customers. I may or may not return as a customer- We'll see!

“I rented the van for the weekend for my group of friends. It was a smooth process, they picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the office to pick up our van. The van wasn't fancy or brand new but it was spacious and drove well for us all weekend. Drop off was an easy process and they helped us get an uber to the airport. Overall was a good experience and will recommend for any groups that need a large van rental for a reasonable price. Thank you!”

“I overall had a good experience, I had two issues, the first issues I had is the key fob battery was week, and it was very difficult to get in, and start the car, second, they should let you choose any car you want, not just from a small selection, other than that everything was good.”
