“Hey my name is janey I was having the worse day ever yesterday ,from my car getting stolen to money getting taken out my account ,after I reported my car stolen to my insurance and to the police my insurance made a reservation for me to get a Rent-A-Car doing so I called the fair oaks location and I spoke to one of the team members there his name was Jason. I believe so he had offered me a BMW or a choice from an Audi. He told me he would save both cars for me and I informed him that I was having the worst day ever, please make sure he had the cars so I can see them and would be a best fit for me and my boys so heading over there. I took an Uber and when I got there, Jason informed me that the Audi was being rented for someone else. I was very upset and he tried to push a small BMW on me which I knew it would not fit my boys car seats so I left his location really more upset and disappointed than I was today. I called the location on foothill. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Denise as soon as I got there, Denise helped me out so much. She ended up upgrading me and staying at my rate that I was supposed to stay out with my insurance to a SUV BMW, so Denise thank you for the bottom of my heart. I thought I was having the really worst day ever but when I got the most amazing customer service that you have provided to me made my day a little better so I appreciate you and sorry, but I forgot the young man's name but he was also an amazing help thank u both for having the most wonderful customer service ever so I recommend you go to the foothill location instead of anywhere else if you're renting a vehicle and speak to Denise amazing customer service. Thank you again.”

“I didn’t get my rental from them to be honest, it was because I was a little bit to late and it got rented. But with that being said, I had some time to talk with the ladies in the office and let me tell you that they are some of the most beautiful and caring people I’ve met in any business I’ve dealt with In the post Covid era where customer service and just nonexistent or understanding with their customers . But these wonderful people gave me a lot of confidence and hope that there are still wonderful people in business still . “There’s a reason their reviews are so high! I called yesterday in a frenzy after getting a massive truck from the airport location that I just didn’t feelComfortable driving or parking. They didn’t have a large fleet available, but called me back a few minutes later after they thought of a solution. They switched out my truck and put me in something far more manageable in all of five minutes. Both were so kind and funny and helped make something stressful and annoying, very simple. I’d definitely rent from them again. Thank you soooo much to this budget for being so kind and accommodating! Instances like this go far beyond just the car. Treating others with kindness and humanity goes a long way. It shows this business runs on integrity and humanity.”

“The Enterprise staff Brett was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their offers and rates. He was patient with my many questions and very forthcoming with information and advices. Brett walked me through the process of using my Costco membership to secure a great weekly rate discount by using Costco Travel's website to make the car rental reservation instead of directly via Enterprise. The main reason I walked-in at this store location instead of reserving online ahead of time was because by that time in the afternoon, all the online reservation dates started on the next day at the earliest, but Brett assured me he could override that and allow me to drive out of the lot on that same day. The compact Toyota Corolla hybrid I rented was clean and comfortable to drive for two weeks. Nice leather seats. Good gas mileage. No complaints whatsoever. The process of returning the car was quick and painless. This particular Enterprise location has a large lot and a good selection of cars. Note that there's another Enterprise car rental location nearby at 2336 Foothill Blvd, but don't be fooled--I actually went to that location first because of its higher review rating, but that location only has a tiny lot with barely any vehicles available for rental, with many of the cars in the lot actually belonging to the employees. What kind of car rental location has no compact sedan available? The best ability, after all, is availability.”

“What a present surprise. Excellent customer service and 3 really pleasant people we met working out of the Lincoln office. Thanks, particularly to Jasson. Spelling of your name is unusual for starters...and so was your help, courtesy and efficiency. Which included two car rides to and fro from home. Totally not expected. A real helps. Volvo have a deal with Enterprise. Our car had died. We chose the nearest to us. And, well, the rest, as they sometimes say, is history. If stuck for a rental again we would be back to Lincoln and Enterprise in a split second! recommended. Thanks all.”

It had been a while since I had dealt with anything car-related, so I was a lil nervous and had alot of questions. Ray was lovely and very helpful. “Been doing Uber with a weekly rental. Couldn't be more happier with the communication and service that I been receiving with hertz. Everything has been easy as come and go. The phone isn't available so I recommend going to the actual facility. Aliyah was my customer service Rep. Anything I needed or any questions I had she gave above & beyond service. When you arrive scan the barcode to get your place in line and you'll be helped whenever possible.”

“While this has been my preferred location for years now, it is frustrating that we are in 2024 and still receive the notice “If you made your reservation today or yesterday you’re on standby.” I should not be able to make a reservation if it is not in fact a reservation. It leads to a waste of plans, Uber expense to hertz, and reliably.”
