“I want to acknowledge Mr Paul Smith! I have dealt with him a quite a few times when visiting this location and each time it has been a great experience! He goes above beyond to make sure the customer is happy before leaving . I visited when it was close to closing time .. I'm sure he had things to do and was ready to go but if he did I sure couldn't tell. He stayed past the working hours to make sure I had everything I needed . Not once did he seem irritated or ready to go. He's just a overall good dude . You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers . Employees like this should be acknowledged. I can't see myself going to another credit union . I recommend anyone reading this Yelp to do business here .. if he gets a chance to see this I just want to say thank you again Paul ! Btw your Cowboys still suck lol”

We interacted with Jesse, Dejon, and Elizabeth and they each were professional and personable. The process for opening an account was quick and simple. The decor is old school and the feeling is old school and conservative.Most of the customers I've encountered are senior citizens. What I like most is the fact that they take their time and really want to give you good customer service.”

“erroll is the man! confirmed everything, explained everything, suggested personal opinions. i believe he was the manager... he took care of me quickly and the other employees answering questions outside in the long lines and heat + security guard was on their a game as well. read bad reviews but i didn't experience any of what i read .... i was on hold for 2 hours and 45 mins w/ chase when i could've rolled down here to get taken care of under these covid conditions.”
