“erroll is the man! confirmed everything, explained everything, suggested personal opinions. i believe he was the manager... he took care of me quickly and the other employees answering questions outside in the long lines and heat + security guard was on their a game as well. read bad reviews but i didn't experience any of what i read .... i was on hold for 2 hours and 45 mins w/ chase when i could've rolled down here to get taken care of under these covid conditions.”

“Very quick service I was nervous because I had two overdraft fees, but I went in yesterday to explain to the banker and she quickly submitted something to her manager and within the hour I got the fees reversed.
