“Sandra has been great so far in helping me with a serious issue. I dropped off a package there for DHL a few days ago, but the tracking hasn't updated and DHL says they haven't received it. Sandra was great in looking around the store in case it was missed by the DHL person, but we couldn't find it. So the owner Tyler is looking at their security footage, so they can see if DHL picked it up or if something else happened to it. I really appreciate them helping track down this package, and I'll update once we find out what happened! :-)”

“When is this place not ever busy. It’s always busy.
There’s open space parking right in front of store during early morning hours. Other than this, coming to this location can be challenging due long wait lines. Also, not a big fan of the shopping center that this Postal Annex is located in. However, this location is has been the closest to my home for all my mail and package drop off needs.
There’s the same three staff that usually work at this location (1 male and 2 female). They’re proficient, communicative and knowledgeable. They’re good.
The store has two entrances. Thank goodness. The place is small and can be congested inside when there are too many customers waiting in line. Sometimes, the line will end up extending itself outside the door way. Still not the best area due to delivery driver(s) utilizing same door space to enter and exit. More congestion. Nonetheless, staff make it work.
There’s been times I’ve left due to long lines and I end up going elsewhere.”

He charges great prices for his mailboxes and offers helpful services to those who don't have a mailbox like mail pick up for those without an address. He has boxes and packing materials that are recycled from others for your ease. If you have any questions, give him a call. I couldn't suggest him more.”

But David handled, multiple customers, copies, mailing, complicated items for customers, receiving drop offs from Amazon and greeting new customers and ensuring them he would help shortly in a matter of minutes. David is the 5 Star. I hope working alone is not the norm as that would be too much for anyone after a while. Thank you David, you deserve the best.”

“Postal Annex has been my mailbox for over 10 years. They have provided me with a needed service and competitive prices. Angel and other customer service staff members have always provided excellent service with a smile, even during the holiday season, which can be hectic for this type of business. Ownership has recently changed. The prior owner was not a friendly person, and if it were not for the customer service staff, I would have taken my business elsewhere. But the staff has been kind and friendly and provided a quality service, and hopefully the new owners make it even better.”
