So I haven’t had a bank account in a while and wasn’t sure if I was able to but Vanessa Ledezma was able to help me out opening up a checking and savings account. Great customer service.

I really like the customer service that Chase Bank has. Very friendly and polite bankers. Make me feel like I matter.

3 cashiers are ready to help, the line doesn't get longer than 10 customers at a time (lines move fast!) Plenty of parking.
