Tried to make appointments for a credit card TWICE. First time, the system double booked. Second time, I just received a cancellation email the morning of my appointment without notice.
Had a horrible experience there today. I am temporarily disabled, a manager told one of the employees to help me out at the atm. She then told me to wait in the disabled window after I waited for her to help other customers out. I think I will close my account with wf and go elsewhere.
There a big line going outside, and only 2 bankers there are 3 more workers but none of them Don’t help the tellers to hell the customers....
